I had a good experience in this hotel, its very relaxed & worth the low price that I paid, I would definitely stay here again

This probably was a vibrant place at some point. However now you get what you pay for. Pros: - Price is right, large two bedroom apartments available that are decent equipped. - close to beach. -supermarket right next door. - Bar is okay. - pool and playground area ok. -laundry room plus for longer stays. Cons: - Gym looks to be from Arnold Schwarzenegger’s glory times. - Beds are rock hard. - room not the cleanest - no housekeeping during stay (in the low season you can pay 30 euros for cleaning). - they charge 5euro per extra towel you need. - spa, restaurant and kids club is closed and looks like they’ve been broke in to plenty of times. - be aware the vending machine does not always have water in it, so if arriving late make sure you have water. -no breakfast served - only wifi in common areas. -watch your stuff, there’s stealing going on. Overall an apartment hotel (if you can even calm it that), that probably used to be really great, but that with a combination of poor upkeep and maintenance throughout the years, along with covid are running barely in fumes. Consider bribing a flash light, as lighting in common areas are minimal.

Very poor condition everywhere, i.e. cracked sink, split toilet seat, dirty shower/bath, broken fridge shelves, no kettle or toaster provided, no proper oven. If you want a brew you have to boil the water in a pan on hob! Beds rock hard, no duvet just sheet and blanket with cigarette burns in them! No change of towels or bedding during your stay, and they had the cheek to ask for €50 deposit for damages!! Dirty outside furniture on balcony not fit to sit on - do we need to say more other than it’s horrendous!!!!

We stayed at this hotel, December 2022. Very worn but clean you have to wash your own bedding and towels. No maids come in all week not close to amenities. Need a car wouldn’t stay here again best thing about it there’s a nice little supermarket attached to it. About 20 minute walk to the nearest bar restaurant.

Nice near-beach medium rise property, clean apartments, large pool, ample parking, very helpful reception staff (graciously modified our arrival date twice!) Our 2-night stay was at the beginning of the low(er) season, so on-premises restaurant and club were closed. Adjacent grocery store open and in-town restaurants just a few minutes away. Property could use some remodeling as it looks a bit past its prime, which can be compensated by the excellent nightly rate.

I've stayed at this hotel a couple of times never again the apartment was dirty and the swimming pool was also uncleaned and the air-conditioning wasn't working in the apartment never again

I have used the Europa House (not to be confused with the Europa Hotel) on 2 occasions for a period of 2 weeks each time. I have found the rooms to be cleaned to a high standard but lacking WiFi which is only available in the lobby. Having read the reviews about the restaurant we have never bothered to eat there and instead walked the short distance into the town where there is a wide choice of restaurants. In any event, the restaurant was closed on this visit. The pool was clean, unlike my last visit when it was absolutely filthy; the grounds were tidy. I was surprised to find that they allowed visitors with dogs who were sometimes noisy. I think that the building was shut down during the pandemic and now houses many Ukrainians who have fled their country. The staff, notably Victor and Gertrude, were outstanding and supplied a kettle but, unlike last time, there is no toaster.

Really nice family hotel. I’m sure after covid when more people are using it that it will be even better. Rooms are massive with everything you need
