nice place to stay, however, we were assigned a first level room which can hardly see the pool view.

Don't get me wrong the hotel is 10/10 in such a beautiful place 20 min drive from the okd town which was lovley !! The beach on your door step drive from faro airport is about 40 mins the hotel was clean the staff are lovley and polite made my stay very welcome only thing is when I got there the spa facilities was under construction so we had to keep taking a cab to the hotel up the road which is all linked was called sao rafael atlantico I had a suite no bath just shower room a little small I must say so good luck showering with ur love one 😀 but the hotel is very beautiful had a fantastic time thank you to all the staff !!! Oh yes breakfast could have been better its the same options everyday give that a 6 out 10 :)

This place is just fantastic. The hotel is composed of several, distinct buildings. The whole, situated in a very vast, safe, hospitable resort. An entire village of hotels and lodging units, actually. With various related facilities. We stayed in the main building. In a Junior Suite, with a sea view. A spacious suite, very clean, with high ceilings, wall-to-wall windows, a long balcony. The view is truly excellent. The buffet deserves a special mention. Whether in the morning or the evening, it is way above average, in terms of quality, originality and variety. From what I understood, during our stay, they had just hired a new chef in the kitchen. A very good one, indeed. All the staff members, in any depar**ent, are all very keen to assist you. Always with a warm smile, and the right attitude. The beach is near-by. There is a very nice bar there. We had a truly memorable stay in this great establishment. Abrigado.

The hotel is lovely. Very chilled a**osphere We were there for a golf holiday and it was perfect. The suite we had was lovely. 3 rooms with all ensuite and 2 big balconies. The breakfast was lovely It was quite quiet so the pool was quiet and the beech only a short walk was lovely Big shout to the maintenance crew at the hotel. Had an issue with running toilet. They were there in 10 minutes Dont book taxis from reception, use UBER, thank me later
