The room was totally different of the one you can see in the pictures, is very old, the girls at the reception do not speak English at all and they send me to a wrong place where I was lost, there is a smell of pee in the hole room and the toilet has black dots, I choose a room with window but the view was a bad one, as attached in the picture. As soon as you go out of the room's door the internet connection is lost. The good things is that there is an elevator, easy to find, not that far form downtown and railway guilin station, they changed the towels as took out the trash.

The information says it was renovated in 2020, which cannot be true, thr facilitirs were very old. The cleaneness was nit satisfactory - dusty and cigarettes on the floor. Worst of all - evryything smelled smoke! Especially curtains. My partner got sick from smell, we bought big air freshner but it did not help, it was that bad. They need to at least clean those curtains sometimes. Hotel does not have non-smoking rooms.

The location is very good you can get all around guilin as easy bus stop scenic spots hotels scooters you name it the room service was also very good and helpful for booking tickets and sharing information

The room was dirty, bed was not comfortable. It is 20 min walk to the main attractions.

Great service, decent room, about 10mins walk from Guilin Railway Station, easy to get around, easy to find food around too. Overall a nice stay.

Super clean but I wish they didn't allow smoking in the rooms. You can smell it very strongly when you arrive.

The room was good and the staff was nice. The location was very convenient. Unfortunately, the towels smelled like an old ashtray.
