Great hotel in a wonderful and convenient location. Staff were particularly helpful and check in was super easy. In particular, Peng Min at the hotel front desk was very patient in answering all our questions about tour bookings and even helped us book a 4 start cruise from Guilin to Yangshuo for the next day. Thanks to the team at the hotel for making our stay and trip so easy and enjoyable.

From the outside, hotel looks abit dated, but interior, its modern and nice. Though hotel size is small, and guests are few, Breakfast was excellent. Location is pretty good too.

Right across from Elephant Park Scenic Area. The manager Alice speaks English and was very helpful. I got upgraded to a room with a view, which was very nice. I also bought the “extras package” which included a fruit plate, drinks, and a 1 1/2 hour visit to the park with a photographer. He doesn’t get paid by the hotel, but you can choose 5 photos free and then pay 20 rmb for the other ones you like. He knows all the angles and places, although I wish I had more time in the park just on my own. Breakfast is good, with DIY noodles and everything you would expect. The room was clean and spacious. I came in too late for the pick up service, but was given 50 rmb of my 100 rmb fare reimbursed. There is a nice rooftop bar on top! I would recommend for sure. Especially if you are just there for the night.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The location of the hotel is perfect for the tourist sites of Guilin. The check-in staff were extremely welcoming and efficient. Soon we were in our very spacious room. The room had a view of the elephant's trunk rock and surrounding park area. We found that we had a surprise of some photography included. 小纯 took some very professional pictures which gave us some very good memories to keep. We also had a drink on the roof top bar, that has great views and is not too expensive. I look forward to staying here again. I can recommend the boat trip to see the Sun and Moon pagodas. This leaves from the warf just a few minutes walk from the hotel.

Nice hotel right by Elephant Hill. Clean room and facilities and a very comfortable bed. They front desk staff don’t speak English but we’re friendly and helpful. Complimentary drinks and fruit were a nice touch, though we didn’t make use of the former. Despite the location, we didn’t get any noise from outside, though you could hear other doors open and close in the corridor which could be a nuisance. Other than that, highly recommended.
