The Grand Guizhou Park Hotel

We booked the executive room. The room is very huge. The view is perfect we seem the highest building in this area. The sunrise view is perfect too. The toilet is very big with separate bath and shower place. I suggest put some bath salt and shampoo/ shower gel there. Staffs are very friendly. The lounge is very good too, with small portion of steaks, drinks, salad and desserts. However, there’s no plugs in the toilet area, we have to go out to find plug for drying hair. It’s a bit inconvenient.

First the part that I like - 1. Location is convenient: Subway station is right at the door, where you can arrive at major points of the city without many connections on the ground. 2. Food: One breakfast is included in my rate. Adding one costs only US$4. The variety of food is blowing me away. Without exaggeration you won’t repeat what you eat in a week if you pick only five items each day. Think about what’s provided in US hotel for $15. Only $4 here - unbelievable! 3. Staff are very courteous and helpful, from front desk to cleaning personnel, and room services. You’ll receive instant response to address your need whenever you raise it. 4. Facility: It was put in operation in 2022 so everything is new and maintained well. It had indoor swimming pool, gym, billiard room (even one for snook), and ping pong room. It is purposed to host large conferences/events. Now the part that I think they can do better - 1. Smoking: It’s not smoking prohibited hotel, which is pretty common in China, especially not the first tier cities. But they don’t assign some rooms to be non-smoking. Instead, all rooms are smoking permitted and it is allowed in most public areas too. Though this might be OK for domestic visitors, it can be an unflavored factor to people from abroad. 2. Laundry: It doesn’t provide self-served laundry. There is laundry service but it costs dearly going by items.

The room i booked was amazing, the bed was comfortable and the staff were super friendly. They gave me a welcome fruit bowl . The service was amazing. I sure will be visiting again. You won’t be disappointed I recommend you try this hotel out.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff, Owen and James were amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Guiyang.

Good in all aspects

以往都是住在凱賓斯基或者索菲特，這次來有了本土的五星級酒店，還是要體驗一下！ 優點，服務意識還是很好的！但是禮賓部的微笑要多過前台人員！ 房間隔音效果不錯！床品也算是舒服的，床墊也正合適！ 然後房間配備的温馨提醒，比如能提供什麼都用小卡片寫出來了，比較細心！ 缺點，雖然隔音不錯，但是早上的時候還是聽見清潔大姐扯着嗓子喊，希望以後聲音小點！ 房間的請勿打擾按鍵失靈，衹能掛個牌子在門外。以後請及時排查！ 再來就是房間的燈會突然自己開，以及浴缸旁邊的窗簾自動升起，這個也需要排查一下！ 最後就是我覺得對於我而言很不舒服的一點。就是浴室的窗簾居然是透光的，然後浴室的門也是玻璃的！早上整個房間就亮了，對於我這種不喜光的人來説，簡直是折磨！希望改善下吧！ 那總體來説，酒店貴賓樓還是很不錯的！下次去貴陽還會入住，就希望不要再被光照醒了！✌️

設施：最讓我驚喜的是房間的燈光設計以及開關設計，很人性化，而且能調節亮度，馬桶也是全自動，戴森吹風機，自動窗簾，這些該有的也都有。 衞生：衞生狀況還可以，沒發現有特別臟的地方，地毯有點臟。客廳的沙發上有污漬。 環境：周邊吃的不多，但也還算方便。 服務：服務相對來説稍微差了點，不過剛辦理入住會有小哥哥幫忙提行李送到房間，打電話到客房服務部要一個乳膠枕，等了好久沒送來，後來又打電話催了一次之後大概十幾分鍾送來了。送的水果很差，沒吃。沒有夜床服務。

第一次入住貴州飯店貴賓樓真的很不錯，平時幾乎不太喜歡寫網評，但是賓客關係主任靳一兵是我遇到的最貼心最專業的酒店服務人員，所以必須提感謝一下。 我們不僅感受到酒店的優質服務，他不厭其煩的解答問題，解決問題，提供各種出行、美食建議，使得貴陽之行留下了美好的印象。 推薦給朋友，最後希望酒店和靳主任萬事如意！越來越好。
