My overall stay was perfect. The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation links all around. The room hygiene was impeccable; the bedding and bathroom were very clean, and all the facilities worked smoothly. The front desk staff were warm and courteous, promptly assisting with any issues. The hotel environment is quiet, making it a top choice for business trips or travel. I highly recommend it.

Very satisfied! No need to rush to the dining hall for breakfast as you can schedule a time for staff to deliver it right to your room, same goes for afternoon tea. The two ladies at the front desk were also very enthusiastic. The surroundings are convenient too; there's a night market right downstairs with lots of food options, and the subway station is just a 10-minute walk away.

This hotel is located in the heart of the financial district, close to CC PARK, offering free self-parking and convenient access to Guanshan Lake Park. The guest rooms are well-proportioned and meticulously cleaned. The floor-to-ceiling windows provide excellent natural light, and the soundproofing is decent. The breakfast selection is extensive, including local beef noodles. The hotel also features a gym and a self-service laundry room, making it ideal for long-distance road trippers. However, there are some notable drawbacks. The surrounding area is primarily office buildings, so there aren't many street-side dining options in the evening. Some room types face an internal courtyard, offering uninspired views. Check-in can be slow during peak hours. Overall, the facilities meet the Wyndham Garden standard, suitable for business travelers and short trips. If you prioritize a wide variety of nighttime dining options, you'll need to plan your outings in advance.

Before check-in, the concierge, Lucas, added me on WeChat, which made communication very easy. Throughout our stay, Lucas was incredibly enthusiastic and helped us with many questions and requests. Thumbs up for the service! The hotel is about five or six years old, but the facilities are very well-maintained and it's quiet. It's conveniently located, about a 10-minute drive from museums, Guanshan Lake, and the dining street near the Convention and Exhibition Center. The hotel's own restaurants are also excellent, featuring authentic Guizhou flavors, and the food is delicious. It's one of the best hotel restaurants I've experienced. I highly, highly recommend staying here! It's so much better than a certain older hotel near Guanshan Lake. When we asked to have our two rooms together, Hilton was largely able to accommodate us. That other hotel, however, communicated with arrogance from the start and even told us to try asking other hotels. The difference in attitude was night and day.

This time, I stayed at your Guiyang branch, and here are my impressions: 🏨 Hotel Impression: The facade and lobby were a bit smaller than I expected (the photos on Trip.com might have been slightly exaggerated 🤫), but the room facilities were quite good! Modern and minimalist, and the bathroom was clean too. Natural light was decent during the day 📸. There are many restaurants on the street right outside the hotel, making dining quite convenient. ⚠️ Heads-up on Potential Issues: The rooms facing the street can indeed be a bit noisy, but the hotel provides earplugs! This definitely earns a bonus point 🌟. 🚄 Shuttle Service: • Free drop-off in the morning ✔️ • Free pick-up in the afternoon ✔️ (Remember to book pick-up 1 hour in advance and drop-off 0.5 hours in advance! Don't assume you can use both services; it depends on your train schedule.) I personally experienced the pick-up service, and it was super smooth. Unfortunately, since I was taking an afternoon train, there was no drop-off service for me 😭. 🏃‍♀️ Walking Test: It says 15 minutes to the North Station... but! You know how mountainous Guiyang's 8D terrain is 😵. Dragging luggage uphill and through underpasses was brutal! Why aren't there elevators?! 💢 💕 Summary: Despite the minor drawbacks, overall it still lives up to Atour's usual high standards. It's especially suitable for those traveling by high-speed rail!

I had a wonderful stay! This hotel in Xuzhou offers incredible value for money. The staff are so thoughtful – they even called beforehand to send us the location. As soon as you enter the lobby, you're greeted by a vibrant display of green plants, which instantly brightens your mood. The room amenities are complete and modern, even including a XiaoDu smart device. The room itself is spacious and very clean, clearly meticulously tidied. What truly stands out is the breakfast: a generous 5-hour serving window with an incredibly rich and diverse selection. They have freshly baked pastries from Yangcheng West Point, freshly made wontons, and even soybean milk ground fresh by the kitchen auntie in the morning – absolutely delicious! In short, I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning!

The hotel service was good, and the location right by the road was easy to find. It's about 4-5 kilometers from the Olympic Sports Center, which isn't too far for a concert. The room had thoughtful little snacks, and the hot water was almost instant, no waiting needed. The shower pressure was fantastic; it was my first time experiencing a shower with such a powerful spray, haha! 😊(¯ｖ¯ )🚿 The Laifen hairdryer was also very convenient for washing hair, so you don't need to bring your own and can still get a good blowout. Overall, the experience was pretty good, though it would be even better if the hygiene details were more thoroughly addressed!

My stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Guiyang Guanshanhu was, on the whole, a very good experience. Firstly, parking at the hotel was very convenient, which is a big plus for guests traveling by car. Check-in at the front desk was smooth, and the staff members, including Star, Nick Wang, and LVF Chen, were all very professional, patient in their communication, and had excellent service attitudes. The hotel even prepared a small gift for us upon arrival. While it's a small detail, it really shows how thoughtful the hotel is when it comes to service. We encountered a few minor issues during our stay, but after informing the staff, they responded quickly and resolved them promptly. There was no shirking of responsibility, and the efficiency and professionalism in problem-solving were very satisfying. What impressed me most was that after the issues were handled, a staff member proactively followed up to confirm if the problem had been resolved and if our stay was back to normal. This really showed that the hotel values its guests' actual experience. The room itself was also very new. The decor, furniture, and facilities were all in good condition, and the cleanliness was also satisfactory, making for a comfortable stay. Overall, from parking, check-in, room facilities, to the handling of issues and subsequent follow-ups, the entire service process was very professional. Special thanks to Star, Nick Wang, and LVF Chen for their meticulous service. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Guiyang.

Every summer, when I bring my child to Guiyang for competitions, we always choose the Hyatt Regency Guiyang. It has become our go-to hotel in Guiyang for the summer. I particularly love the hotel's garden and waterfall landscape; it's perfect for a stroll and taking photos at any time of day, whether it's dawn, dusk, or afternoon. The pedestrian path outside the hotel leads directly to the Guizhou Provincial Museum. The hotel rooms are also spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast service is excellent. Even during peak summer season with many guests, they are always responsive to our needs.

Pros: The room was spacious and well-decorated with excellent soundproofing. I really appreciated the walk-in closet and vanity area. It came equipped with a capsule coffee machine, a Laifen hairdryer, and Atelier Cologne toiletries. The amenities were very comprehensive, even including a small bottle of mouthwash. The minibar had both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, which was a nice touch, though it was all sparkling beverages, which could be improved. Overall cleanliness was good; no noticeable hairs on surfaces. The bathrobes and slippers were of excellent quality, soft and comfortable. All the staff I encountered were very enthusiastic. The gym had limited equipment, with dumbbells only going up to 20kg, but it was well-maintained. Mineral water wasn't readily available, but it was quickly provided upon request, which was good. The breakfast was plentiful and featured freshly made pancakes and local glutinous rice, which was a nice local touch. Cons: There was no concierge available when I arrived, so I had to handle my luggage myself. During peak evening hours, the shower water temperature wasn't hot enough, which is an issue that shouldn't occur in a hotel of this caliber. Room details were poorly maintained: the bathtub drain knob was old and hard to turn, and the smart toilet seat was completely unresponsive – it registered when someone sat down, but there was no heating or flushing, and aside from a light, all other functions were dead. When I booked, the page also mentioned executive lounge access, but the lounge has been closed for a long time. When I asked the front desk, they just said the minibar and the lobby lounge coffee were the 'perks,' but these were already included in my package. So there was no actual benefit, and they offered no apology or compensation. It seems they only react passively, let alone proactively offer solutions, especially since a lounge is a key factor for many when choosing a hotel. It's clear that the hotel's operation doesn't match its rating. Overall, considering the price and the room, it offered good value for money, but the maintenance of details was lacking, and the operation was extremely poor. It has very clear pros and cons.
