I'm born and raised in Gulfport but my family and I have been living in Texas for years now, so I was excited to be back home. We came down for Mardi Gras on the last day. I shared a room with my mom and sister. Upon checking into our room there was a stain in the bathroom tub and the toilet did not flush. We went back to share this with the lady who checked us in and she said they would have somebody come by in the morning to fix it, which they did. My mom decided to buy a bath mat to put in the shower to cover the stain, no biggie. The bed was comfortable but I eventually moved to the sofa bed. There's not enough leg room at the dining table due to it being so small and the chairs a little big which was right next to the refrigerator which made it a little tight. The main disappointment about the hotel was breakfast. We made it down to breakfast twice out of our 4 days. Both times they either were low on utensils, cups and even some of the food. Some of the food was cold. The day we checked out, the same lady was at the desk who checked us in. At first she asked if I wanted a receipt and I said yes I didn't get a print out, she told me I would have to go on the third party website where I booked it to get the receipt and that she couldn't do it at the desk. I've never had that happen before, was this some kind of new policy? Other than that the staff was kind and professional but I won't come back here. Look out for bed bugs,me and my mom had bite marks on us before we left
