The Best Life Hotel - All Inclusive

Today is our 4th day of 7 and we haven't found one thing positive about this hotel! We were at first put into a broom cupboard of a room! On the ground floor after booking a room with a balcony! We were then offered a better room and then they charged us £200 for the previlage! The lift is constantly out of service! Even the staff are scared of it! And have now blocked it off! And that is just the room saga!! I have just read all the previous reviews some dating back to 2017/2018 and nothing has changed! I would agree with every negitive this said! The food is totally ineadable, luke warm slop which doesnt change from day today! There is so much sugar in every drink from the machines, so as a diabectic i can't have a drink! And as previously menchioned in other posts once you complain on one speaks English or understands! Room cleaning only consists of emptying the bins! When we settled into the newer room, our TV didn't work! (Under different circomstances that wouldn't have been a problem) but we asked for it to be fixed so we could watch the Queens Funeral and its now Wednesday and nothing has been done! We did go into a bar to watch in the end! (Highly recomend "Cool Runnings!) Ricks Place is also a must! The only positive thing is the Weather! The all inclusive is a joke all watered down drinks and very limited offerings! Extra small plastic cups which are about a 3rd of a pint and you have to pay for anything nice! This hotel doesn't deserve any star ratings at all! I would seriously avoid this hotel at all costs!!! Just one there thing to note!! If you use "On The Beach' Promo in Turkey doesn't mean promotion! We have had some really good deals in the past but promo in Turkey means economy!

Not what i expected! Arrive at the hotel that looked run down from the outside, to be put in a flat not attached to the hotel but on site because there was no rooms. The flat was a disgrace, broken windows, electrical wires hanging out of the walls and the cupboards ready to fall off. The next day we was moved into the main hotel, which was suppost to be a promo room with air con and a sea view balcony. Sea view balcony yes, aircon no, you would switch it on and the electrics in the room blew, you had to manually flick the main electrical switch, which was not covered. The bathroom was small there was only cold water, which flooded the bathroom everytime you had a shower. The front door frame to the room wobbled didnt feel safe. Then you had the food! Well this was very very poor. Cold rice and pastas poor choice, you could only eat at certain times, very bad for an all inclusive. The alcohol was watered down and the bar staff admitted this towards the end of the week. Dont be fooled by the photos, they are around 15 years old, dont waste ypur time with on the beach, they dont support you, they delay their responses and they dont view the hotels, they rely on photos from the hotel. When this was brough to their attention they always tell you "you should of called us" even though ypu are unable to contact them until after your holiday. Even the hotel rep asked "why did you book toncome here?" Lovely hot sun and views but dont be fooled by the fake advertisement its not what you get!

Arkadaşlar merhaba 23 haziran 2022 tarihinde otele giriş yaptım. Öncelikle düsük bütçeli bireyler için ideal fakat parasıyla rezil olmak istemeyen gelmesin. Yemekler berbat hizmet berbat odalar berbat. Yemeklerde sabah ne yediyseniz akşamda o çıkıyo içecekler midemi bulandırdı su dışında bişey içemedim alkol için dışarıda bi ton para bayıldım. Odada saç kurutma makinası yok. Duvarlar ses yalıtımı harika yandaki adam sanki benim odamda konuşuyo.

We made a reservation from Tatilbudur.com agency and paid for one night stay in July. When we arrived at the hotel, they said that we did not have a reservation. While trying to call the agency and solve the problem, the general manager of the hotel told us that we had to wait until 3 pm when time was 11am. after an hour of waiting we were placed in a dirty room. They gave another clean room at 8 pm. the food is a disgrace, all the alcoholic drinks are fake. non-tax-label drinks…. staff is untrained. no one in the hotel speaks english. How can a hotel like this stay open? I don't understand how people go.

Заезжая в Турецкий отель городского типа не ждала ничего особенного, но такой помойки я не видела никогда. Всё обшарпанное, сломанное, грязное. Вай Фай отсутствует, полотенца, мыло, туалетную бумагу приходится выбивать, лифт не работает, пляжа своего нет, перед заездом не было никакой уборки после прошлых жильцов, алкоголь и кофе пить невозможно. Находится в эпицентре клубов, заснуть нереально. Пьяных дебоширов в отеле никто не остановит, охраны нет, в позднее время ресепшн пустой.

Доброго времени суток! Сегодня хотелось бы рассказать о нашем отдыхе в отеле “Best Life Hotel” в городе Бодрум (Гюмбет). Скажу сразу, что нашей целью был именно отдых, поэтому не будет страшных фотографий с недостатками отеля, поскольку мы старались не акцентировать на это внимание во время отпуска. Итак, выбрали отель по картинке в интернете, потому что свежих отзывов не было. Прилетели мы в Бодрум в 8 утра, в отеле были около 9, а заселили нас в 12:00. Для более раннего заселения не помогли даже 50$ на ресепшн, хотя админ очень охотно их принял :)) Пока мы ждали заселения, в лобби была семья немцев, которая спорила с хозяином отеля о том, что они хотят съехать в ближайшее время в другой отель. Персонал в отеле говорит только на английском, хотя молодые парни официанты на баре и в ресторане не понимают на английском, кое как приходилось объясняться. Но парни на ресепшн хорошо владеют английским, если вдруг их не понимали, то они включали Гугл переводчик и все решалось быстро. Мы объяснили админу, что у нас свадебное путешествие, поэтому хотелось бы получить какой-то презент от отеля. В итоге, презентом был номер с видом на море, хотя и паре, которая заселялась вместе с нами, дали аналогичный номер с видом на море просто так. Зайдя в номер, мы очень расстроились, потому что это был провал. Его спасал только кондиционер и вид, все остальное очень нуждалось в ремонте. Смесители в ванной комнате были с зелёным налетом (возможно, плесень), на постельном белье пятная крови и грязи. На обивке кровати не хватало болтиков, картина на стене висела криво из-за неправильного крепежа, светильники держались просто на честном слове, пятна и дырки на занавесках и шторах. Номер был в ужасном состоянии, мы сразу пошли на ресепшн и попросили заменить постельное белье и администратор молниеносно выполнил просьбу. Но заменить номер нам не смогли, потому что «не было свободных номеров». Очень сильно удивила уборка номеров. Уборщица приходила каждый день, но каждый раз в разное время. То есть в один день она могла в 9 утра уже стучаться в номер, а в другой вечером часов в 6. Очень неудобно было каждый день подстраивать свои планы под уборщицу, которая приходит как попало. И самое интересное, что она стучалась в дверь 2 раза и делала вид, что не слышит, что мы отвечаем ей, что уборка не нужна и наглым образом заходила в номер :))) И за 10 дней отдыха полотенца нам поменяли 1 раз, по нашей инициативе. Мы оставили полотенца на полу, как знак того, что их необходимо заменить. Уборщица убрала номер, забрала полотенца, а новые не оставила! На следующий день при встрече в коридоре, мы попросили полотенца, на что услышали, что полотенца будут только завтра ;D Очень интересное приключение, скажу я вам - два дня без каких либо полотенец. Своего пляжа у отеля нет, но каждый день в 14:30 приезжает автобус и отвозит желающих на общественный пляж. Мы на пляж ходили пешком, занимало это 8-10 минут. Но дорога состояла из двух крутых лестниц, одна из которых была гибридная,
