Otelde 5 gece konakladım ve 2 akşam mangalda çupra 2 akşam kuzu beyti 1 akşam tavuk döner takıldı. Ayrıca mangalın yanısıra geleneksel kısımda 2 çeşit et ve tavuk bazlı ana yemek ve soğuk mezeler pilav/makarna vb. vardı. Tatlılar oldukça çeşitliydi en son saydığımda 8 çeşit vardı. Meyveleri tazeydi ne zaman karpuz kavun alsam tadı lezzetliydi. Kahvaltı çeşitleri de ***et yeterliydi. Kimi sabah tek tek omlet taze taze yapılırken kimi sabah pancake döküldü bunu kişi geldiğinde yapıp sıcak servis etmeleri hiçbir 3 yıldızlı otelde karşılaşmadığım bir şeydi. Odalar 3 yıldızlı otel standardındaydı, çarşaflar ***et temizdi. Biz housekeep tercih etmediğimiz için o kısma yorum yapmıyorum. Personel ***et yardımcı oluyordu, suratsız falan değillerdi. Benim gibi yemek seçen ve yemek konusunda mızmız olan bir insan bile yemekleri ***et lezzetli bulduysa ve yemeklerden keyif aldıysa çoğu insanın memnun kalacağını düşünüyorum. Özellikle Şef Bekir Usta ve diğer tüm mutfak personellerine lezzetli yemekleri için teşekkür ediyorum ve otelin çizgisini koruması için Bekir Ustayla devam etmeleri gerektiğini düşünüyorum. :)
