While on our road trip, we initially aimed to find accommodation in Vijayawada. However, faced with unavailability, we pivoted to Guntur and stumbled upon Welcomehotel Guntur. Booking our stay through the ITC website was a seamless process. Upon check-in, we were pleased to find that the process was efficient, and our room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. We decided to dine at the hotel as well, and we were thoroughly impressed by the excellent quality of the food, which we enjoyed immensely. However, a minor hiccup occurred when we were asked to pay again for our meal, despite having already settled the bill during the booking process. It took the staff about 10 minutes to rectify the error and confirm that we had indeed prepaid. The breakfast experience the following morning was slightly disappointing in terms of service, with several of our orders missing. This left us somewhat disheartened, and we began to question our decision to book at Welcomehotels. To our pleasant surprise, we received a feedback request email, and I took the opportunity to express our experiences in detail. While my expectations for feedback responses are typically low, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from the Food & Beverage ***ager, Mr. Uday Prakash. Mr. Prakash assured us that our concerns would be addressed, and true to his word, our subsequent dinner experience at Peshawri exceeded all expectations. The food was exceptional, and the service was truly top-notch. The Dal Bukhara, in particular, evoked fond memories of similar culinary experiences at the esteemed ITC Maratha. The following morning, our breakfast experience was also excellent, showcasing a marked improvement in service quality. I was particularly impressed by the hotel's proactive approach to soliciting feedback and their commitment to enhancing the overall customer experience. Both Mr. Rajesh Nath and Mr. Uday Prakash deserve commendation for their positive response to our feedback and their diligent efforts to turn around our service experience. Our stay at Welcomehotel Guntur was thoroughly enjoyable, and we look forward to visiting again in the future.

Property is located at the good location and the ambiance is very good. Rooms are spacious and clean. Enjoyed the breakfast spread and the quality of food. Service was very good by the staff. Special mention to Shima, Sandhya, Susanth at the restaurant and nice check-in experience with Srinija at the front office. Overall Nice experience. Value for money.

The Goutham Grand was a pleasant experience! The rooms were clean, food at the hotel was excellent, and most importantly the staff was so accommodating to our big group! Would def come here again next year.

We chose to stay this hotel during B.tech admission process of our nephew in to VIT-AP University and made our booking on agoda. Excellent hotel with very good amenities, the rooms are very spacious and good with excellent view of the NH (Chennai-Kolkata). Our check-in process was fast and entire stay was comfortable. All staff are very courteous, polite and are ready to attend with a smile. Restaurant ambience was excellent and food was very tasty. Service in the restaurant was very good. Ample parking space is available. Overall, a great hotel, excellent stay and 100% recommended. If they can take care of few minor issues, this hotel stay can definitely rated with 5-Star rating in comfortable stay.

Hotel V Royal Park is very close to the Guntur railway station. Exit from the gate near platforms 6 and 7, walk a couple of minutes and you reach the hotel! The room was not very big, but the bed was comfortable. The wash area was clean and basic toiletries were provided. There was running hot water. The restaurant at the lobby level is good, but there are also several eating options including a vegetarian restaurant within walking distance of the property. Breakfast was included in the room rent but the spread was minimal. Overall, it was a nice stay. Two suggestions that I can make: (1) Provide some good TV channels like English movies. (2) Increase the level of lighting in the restaurant: after all, there must be others like me who want to be able to see what they are eating!

I have also worked as Executive Chef, Corporate Chef gaa and General ***ager in ***y hotels. I stayed at The Captain Hotel in Guntur for my official work. I am very happy. Good quality amenities are also provided in the room. The hotel is kept in good hygiene condition. Staff are all working with good communications. Exactly what the guest wants Service is being provided without any confusion. Rooms, front office, service is good. An excellent spot for special foodies. Food is really tasty. The service team is also great Working as dedicated. If I give you five star waiting, I feel less. All the best from the Capital Hotel team. Two families visited the huts resort between 26th and 28th jean 2024. The resort is located about 3 kms from the main chirala beach. It's not that the rooms are five star rating ones, but were clean and nice. The food is good too. They have a private beach as well which is at a motor-able distance. The approach road is not very good, but the beach is clean, crowd free and pristine - truly refreshing. What prompts me to give a five star though is the cordial behaviour of the entire staff and their prompt service. They made us feel comfortable and made the stay really pleasant. I would surely recommend this resort for a good vacation at chirala.
