Hotel rooms, bathroom, bathing water, bathroom kit, food, room service are very poor. Bathing water is coming like sewer water. I was call room service two times but they are not coming and solve my problem. After that my suggestion is this hotel is very poor and money waste hotel. I have to recommend that no any booked this hotel

Hotel Bhargav Grand is my go to hotel whenever I visit Guwahati. The staff are very courteous and mindful. Property is clean and well maintained and spacious. Especially thanks to Julina who cleaned my room and Abdur Rashid for good guidance.

They are very unprofessional. They even didn't ready the room. Already informed them about the time of arrival. Their process is very slow. Ac is not working properly. Room is smelly. Mosquito was there. Mattress was not good. Overall terrible stay.

All good but need some improvements in the main door locks and bathroom door locks. Staff are good and cooperative.

It was a super deluxe room client booked for me but they gave me deluxe stupid room, stupid staff and very worst disgusting behaviour, they didn't even return my money, never visit this place guys
