"Every time I visit Ocean Flower Island, Europark Hotel is always my first choice. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the bedding is soft and comfortable, making for a very relaxing stay. The hotel's location is convenient; you can take a shuttle bus right outside to various attractions on the island. The castle architecture provides a wonderful ambiance. The service is excellent, and the overall experience is consistently good. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Ocean Flower Island, and I will definitely choose it again next time."

"I have chosen the Borman Hotel more than once, and I feel comfortable service every time I stay. The front desk staff are very enthusiastic. Before arriving at the hotel, I called the front desk of the hotel to inquire about the surrounding attractions. The front desk girl explained very considerately, which was very comfortable. The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the hotel's breakfast is very rich, and guests staying in the hotel also have free parking. I will choose the Borman Hotel next time."

"The Hilton Hainan Ocean Flower Island offered a great stay. The service was attentive and thoughtful, the room was spacious, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of choices. I stayed on a high floor with an expansive view, allowing me to enjoy the sea fireworks show without even leaving the room. Overall, it was a wonderful vacation experience, and I highly recommend staying here when visiting Ocean Flower Island."

"This time, I came to Danzhou for the Hainan Provincial Swimming Championships, and the Four Points by Sheraton was the designated hotel for the event. We booked a Deluxe King Room, and first of all, the room was indeed very spacious. The bathroom was large, and there was also a big balcony with a clothes drying rack. Since my child was competing in swimming, they had a lot of clothes to change and wash daily, so having ample drying space was very convenient. The children had all three meals at the hotel, and they said it was pretty good. The breakfast selection was decent, and the porridge was freshly cooked in individual small pots. However, due to the competition, it was crowded in the mornings, and some food items ran out because they couldn't keep up with demand. The biggest complaint was the hotel bed. The mattress must have been an old spring mattress; if one person turned over, everyone else in the bed would bounce around as if on a trampoline. It was very uncomfortable. Luckily, we had a 2-meter king-size bed, and the bed bench at the foot of the bed was long enough that I slept there for four consecutive nights. Regarding service, some staff were excellent, while others were not. The front desk staff who checked us in answered my questions haphazardly without even listening properly. However, the staff who came to resolve issues after we checked into the room were all very good."

"Overall it’s good! After all, it’s newly opened! The overall breakfast was very good and clean! The cutlery was great! Coffee machines are also available! The most satisfying thing is the gym! A complete set of brand new startrac equipment! It’s not a high-end product though! But it works! I also see Xingchi quite often when I am on a business trip in San Francisco! The West Coast is popular! And the new condition is still great! Nautilius's power zone is also pretty standard! But the laundry machines are not that great! Haier still can't use commercial machines! The meeting room is so messy that I suspect pillows are holding a meeting! The outdoor garden is too perfunctory! There is no romance at all! It doesn’t fit the concept of garden! I feel like the boss is very stingy when investing! But the gym and breakfast are ok! The room was ok too! It would be even better to organize some activities during the Spring Festival!"

"Facilities: Fully functional and easy to use (smart home can be controlled by voice); modern decoration style. Hygiene: clean and tidy, comfortable. Environment: The hotel is located on the main road of the city, but it is very quiet. There are many shops and restaurants around, making shopping, eating and drinking convenient; it is only a few hundred meters away from the city center shopping mall. Service: Good attitude, the front desk is professional and polite."

"The overall experience of staying at Hainan Muxuan Huakai Hotel exceeded expectations! The hotel service is meticulous and thoughtful, the staff is very good, and the hotel is free to pick up and drop off, which is very good. The dinner at the hotel tastes very good. I experienced the super interesting sunset pulp board here. In the evening, I was full of water atmosphere with the sunset. I also went to the sea to harvest fun. I also enjoyed the beautiful sunrise on the sea in the morning. Eat, live and play one stop, the seaside holiday is full, travel is very comfortable, and it is still a dear inn. It is highly recommended and will choose here next time. One suggestion is that the existing breakfast is quite rich, porridge, egg, Sarah fruit and abalone. But it is still relatively simple, and some people may have higher blood sugar, need to increase the sugar index slowly meals, hope to provide a variety of combinations, tell the housekeeper in advance what kind of package and the number of copies you need when you check in, for example, some people like Western breakfast, then you can provide milk bread ham Sarah, etc., Some people like Chinese, soy milk fritters, side dishes, buns, etc., so that one is rich in breakfast types, and the other is more accurate to meet the taste of each passenger and the body needs."

"First of all, I would like to comment on the resident manager and the front desk customer service. They are really arrogant and arrogant in front of customers. When I checked in and had breakfast, I encountered that the quality of the food contained debris. Then I went to the front desk, and then when handling the matter, the resident The store manager has already come out, but he is very aloof and refuses to communicate with you. He asked the front desk to come over and communicate with me. I want to ask you, are you aloof? Or is your position very high? Doesn’t it require the store manager to handle this problem and explain to me how to improve the quality of the restaurant in the future? Secondly, after this processing, my overall check-in experience seemed to be deliberately targeted. I called 5-6 times through the room phone but did not answer it. When I left the parking lot, I scanned the parking ticket first, and then the system prompted me to return it when I left the door. I have to charge parking fees, watch others go out, and get stuck when I go out? Is it a coincidence or do I not know how to enter my license plate number? The overall summary is that you encounter problems when you check in at this store. The person in charge does not take the initiative to contact you, and deliberately makes your overall experience worse."

"My stay here exceeded expectations! The room was spotless, the lighting was soft, and the bedding was so comfortable I didn't want to get out of bed. The service was excellent and prompt; little details like extra slippers and disposable shoe covers were well thought out, and there's a mini-fridge too. Overall, it's great value for money and I highly recommend it whether you're in Danzhou for business or leisure!"

"This hotel left a deep impression on me. The rooms are clean and tidy, the front desk staff Xiaolan is warm and thoughtful, and the location is very convenient. It is an ideal choice for business trips and tourism. The hotel has free parking spaces which is very convenient and nice."
