The hotel and rooms are clean. The hotel provides a free afternoon tea with a little treat. For improvement, it will be helpful if the hotel can provide printed information of public transportation. Since I do not have a Chinese cell phone, the hotel workers helped me to lock on WiFi, which can be improved. All other hotels I stayed in China, people can get WiFi by using the room number and last name. This hotel requires a local mobile phone, for which I don’t have as an international visitor . Overall , I highly recommend this hotel."

The gym and pool are particularly impressive. The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation and easy access to dining and shopping. I stayed in a park-view room, and the view was fantastic. I didn't try the hotel breakfast as I was busy sampling local Zigong cuisine. The front desk and concierge staff generally offered service with a smile. While there's still a bit of room for improvement in terms of proactive service and guest satisfaction, it definitely wouldn't stop me from staying here again on my next visit to Zigong."
