"The hotel's location is excellent, especially for those traveling by car. There's a massive underground parking garage right below the hotel. Before entering the garage following your navigation, you'll see temporary parking spaces provided by the hotel on the right. You can drop off your luggage there first, otherwise, after parking, you'll have to drag your bags quite a distance and climb stairs. We hope our experience helps future guests."

"Personally I like everything. Nice staff at the reception. Quiet room. Nothing to complain about. Shop nearby"

"Our stay at the Mercure Avignon TGV Hotel et Spa was the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. After a long day of travel, the hotel’s sleek, contemporary atmosphere felt like a breath of fresh air. The highlight was definitely the spa facilities. Having access to a pool and sauna right on-site allowed us to truly unwind and recharge. The room itself was impressively spacious and quiet, ensuring a deep and peaceful night's sleep despite being so close to the transport hub. We wrapped up our stay with a delicious breakfast in their bright, airy dining area. The quality of the coffee and the selection of artisanal breads and cheeses were top-notch. It is a wonderful choice for anyone looking for a touch of luxury and ease during their journey through Provence."

"The hotel is quite close to the train station, about a five-minute walk. It offers good value for money, featuring a small garden with lots of flowers. While it's a bit of a distance to the Palais des Papes and Pont Saint-Bénézet, it's still walkable, taking about 15 minutes, with many restaurants along the way. The hotel service was decent, including luggage storage. However, they initially only provided two bottles of water for three people, and I had to ask for an extra one. The room itself was spacious and clean, but the air conditioning was a major drawback. Despite trying to figure out the controls for a long time, the temperature wouldn't drop. In the middle of the night, I had no choice but to open the double-glazed windows facing the street, which then brought in noise and raised security concerns. I considered contacting the front desk, but decided against it since I was only staying for one night."

"A**Weng's rare extreme hot day, under the big sun, snorting a soak of urine, dead and alive can not open the door, around the building and yard, did not see how to enter. The store phone on Trip.com is French voice, just understand a sentence, please dial 5 for English messages. I called several times and no one answered. Fortunately, a car came out and followed it in. There was no one at the front desk. A guy in the public office received me and was very enthusiastic. I said that the phone could not get through, and I called in person. He said that it was fine to dial 1-4, no 5, and it collapsed. After completing the formalities, the guy enthusiastically helped me introduce the apartment environment, saying that it was not a hotel, there was no hotel service, and the first floor was pure water. I have to take me to the room to see... The anxious person remembered the same anxious person in the car outside, declined, hurriedly parked the car, returned to the room, solved the round, did not see the bed, was shocked, thought to sleep on the sofa. As a result, the cabinet door was opened, and there was a big bed inside. This design was really crashing. The first night was very quiet, the second night was attacked by mosquitoes, and I woke up in the middle of the night to fight mosquitoes, only to find mosquito bodies on the wall. I was bitten by 6 bags, and the other was bitten by countless. The bag on my finger was finally connected to a white line, looking scary. Stayed for two nights and no cleaning service. There is no living supermarket within walking distance. Fortunately, we purchased food from the last hotel and brought it with ice bags. The induction cooker is not enough, half fried and half stewed, and it can be considered to be able to eat. There is no serious kitchen knife and silicone shovel. The two men ran to the first floor for a meal, and finally gathered together the kitchen utensils and played pure water. The tap water can't be drunk when it boils, it's all water alkali The advantage is that parking is free and there are plenty of parking spaces. Closed management, there is a security brother on duty at night, full of security. There is also a cheap price. The day I came, I was roasted by fire, I was watered by the rain, I was shaking in my shorts, I was shaking, goodbye, Ah **"

"Bit off city centre, large parking, breakfast okayish, adequate airconditioning."

"European classical style hotel, from garden to indoor carpet hanging paintings, bookshelves, ornaments Room bedding blanket curtains, to front desk bellman, both quality and taste. The restaurant recipe is handwritten on the day, very special, if you have a recipe electronic or printed reference picture will be more helpful to the guests, especially foreign diners. In short, it is highly recommended."

"This is a treasure hotel, the space is very large, clean and elegant, and it is very comfortable to bring a small courtyard. Very good value for money place. The service attitude is very good, can communicate in English, at least the two receptions I encountered have no problems. The hotel is a courtyard type, the reception will lead you to see the room, otherwise you will not find it."

"The environment is excellent, needless to say, and there's even a swimming pool. Sometimes in the evenings, the front desk lounge offers bread and drinks, which are incredibly delicious! The location is also very convenient, especially if you're driving!"

"The hotel is located directly opposite the old town, making it very convenient for exploring. There's an underground car park with plenty of spaces, costing 14 Euros for 24 hours, and it felt very secure. We stayed in an executive room, but it was a bit small – actually the smallest room we've had on this European trip. A pleasant surprise was that they provided disposable slippers, which was the only time we encountered that in Europe. On each floor, near the elevator, there's a water dispenser with ice water, so the hotel doesn't provide bottled water in the rooms. There was air conditioning in the room, but it wasn't very effective; even on the lowest setting, it didn't cool much. What was a bit frustrating was that the cleaning lady, thinking we had it too low, adjusted the AC to 27 degrees Celsius on a low fan setting right in front of us. This was a bit ridiculous, especially since it was already 39 degrees outside – it was really hot! There aren't many restaurants, shops, or supermarkets around Novotel Avignon Centre itself. However, because it's so close to the old town, everything can be found there. In the old town, there are two large supermarkets, Carrefour and Monoprix. Monoprix is closed on Sundays, but Carrefour is open every day."
