This home has been recently updated and comes equipped with anything you might need for a rejuvenating getaway in Vail. Central AC in all bedrooms, which is a huge plus in the summertime. Only 10 minutes to both Vail and Beaver Creek, this duplex is very close to City Market, Walmart, Starbucks, and other Avon shops. There is space in the driveway for two vehicles. In addition, it has a fenced-in backyard and is pet-friendly for adult dogs.When you walk in the front door, there is a bench with plenty of storage for jackets, boots, gear, or whatever you might need for your adventure! The first floor features the living and dining areas that are both open to the kitchen, so everyone can visit while you're preparing meals. The sliding doors can be left open on beautiful Colorado summer nights to bring in the evening air. There is one bathroom on the first floor that also has stacked washer/dryer and a steam shower.The three bedrooms and other two bathrooms are upstairs. The entire second floor features central AC! We are dog-friendly, as long as your dog is friendly—and well-behaved. About the property….On the main level, you'll find a spacious living area with vaulted ceilings, a stone fireplace, wraparound windows and sliding doors, and a 65” 4K Roku smart TV with high-speed Internet and digital cable from Xfinity. We have a large kitchen with all of the essentials, and an open dining room with seating for up to ten people at the table and countertop. On the upper level, you’ll find four bedrooms, configured for a larger group. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, private balcony, and an en-suite double vanity bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, Bedroom 3 has two twin beds, and Bedroom 4 has twin bunk beds. There is a full balcony at the rear of the property, as well. A laundry room and an additional bathroom round out the upstairs layout. On the lower level, you'll find a separate living area configured as a studio suite, including a secondary kitchen (sink, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, Keurig), a bathroom, another washer and dryer, and additional sleeping accommodations for up to four people on a queen bed and a convertible queen sofa. The studio also has a 55” 4K Roku smart TV and about 100 family-friendly and classic DVDs to choose from. We also have a Nintendo Wii and a few games and puzzles. In the garage, you’ll find a ping pong table, foosball table, and elliptical machine. We also have a few bikes and water toys, like rafts, to take to Nottingham lake in the summertime. There is a heater to keep the space warm in the winter, too. Our private yard is fenced in on three sides, and the property is lined with aspen trees—and yes, a hammock is included in the summer!About the community….
