Sit on the large private balcony and take it all in as you look out over the well maintained pool and courtyard and onto the ocean. Watch a sunrise or sunset or if you are lucky you may even get to see some dolphins playing in the waves.Happiness Comes in Waves is located just over 1 mile north of Surf City town center. It's easy to walk or bike to several local restaurants, beach and gift shops, coffee bars, local wine bars, and even live entertainment.
