Хороший свежий отель в центре. Но огромный минус в том, что отель делает псевдолюксы из стандартных номеров. Между 2-х стандартных номеров ставят дверь. Шумоизоляции, соответсвенно, ноль. И если ваш сосед любит спать под телевизор, то и вы будете вынуждены так спать. Упирайтесь руками и ногами, если Вас поселят в такой номер. А так все очень прилично. Персонал очень вежливый и приветливый.

New and modern hotel in the center of the city. Professional, courteous, helpful customer service. Lovely contemporary rooms with high ceilings and modern amenities.

The staff were very helpful and polite. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, every thing was great. Would recommend if you want a cosy, comfortable and affordable stay with a high-end service. The only con that i can mention that there is no fridge and mini bar in the room, however there is a working table which was a great plus.

The room has no isolation, street noise during the night, spa center didn’t work even though it was booked in advance, breakfast food was cold.

The location is perfect for exploring the city. I was in Gyumri for the first time. We also visited the spa center. I absolutely recommend taking procedures, because you will have a great experience there. Will definitely be back! Highly recommend it for anyone visiting Gyumri!

This is the only good hotel in Gyumri with a modern design and actually good breakfasts. Welcoming and helpful staff. Recommend it for business trips. Absolutely loved the lobby, I worked from there, and the bar.

A great hotel with an exceptional location and the unique facilities of the spa center.Very helpful staff in the hotel and in the spa. They made sure that everything was alright. We have now stayed here twice and we will definitely be returning.

Wonderful hotel! Everything about it is great: the location, the hospitality, and the amazing service, not to mention the comfortable rooms! This is our second time staying at this hotel, and we'll definitely come back again. A huge thanks to the hotel staff for the warm welcome :)

Very modern and cozy hotel in a very center of the city. The hotel is a brand new hotel, very clean and with a very attentive service. Thanks to a staff and management it makes our stay in Gyumri very impressive. I hope to be back to the hotel… very much recommended Great spa, though You have to pay extra, but. believe me, it worth it. Take to the consideration it is not in the hotel building, just 3 minute walk.
