Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία για φαγητό και διαδρομές με λεωφορείο και εύκολη πρόσβαση στη Βαλέτα.
Φτάσαμε αργά και λάβαμε εξαιρετικές οδηγίες μέσω email σχετικά με την πρόσβαση στο δωμάτιο αφού το φουαγιέ κλειδώθηκε. Ωστόσο, ορισμένες λεπτομέρειες θα μπορούσαν να ήταν καλύτερες, όπως τα ανοιγόμενα παράθυρα στο δωμάτιο δεν ταίριαζαν καλά στα πλαίσια και έτρεμαν στον αέρα τη νύχτα (η προσωρινή επιδιόρθωση ήταν εύκολη, αλλά δεν θα έπρεπε να ήταν απαραίτητη).
Συνολικά καλή τιμή όμως. Προσέξτε ότι το μεγαλύτερο μέρος αυτού του τμήματος της Μάλτας είναι επί του παρόντος ένα εργοτάξιο.

Island Guesthouse is perfect for your accomodation right in the center of Il Gzira, and very near the harbour-boulevard (The Strand)
The service is excellent and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was large, had air-condition, micro-oven, electric kettle and an unlimited supply of coffee and tea. Housekeeping every day.
All in all a very pleasant stay and very, very good value for money. I would definitely recommend Island Guesthouse any day.

The staff are very welcoming and helpful . The property is ideal for a short break, though the place is basic it’s clean and very good place to stay.

Island Guesthouse Il Gzira Worst experience ever! Mould alert! 874752324 I have travelled a lot and I‘m not very fussy with accommodation. But this has been the first time in my life to leave even before spending the night. This place smells horrible and the room is full of mould. Everywhere! It‘s a complete rippoff and they are not forthcoming at all. Refused to give me a refund, even a partial one even though what they are selling is a comlete lie and the reality is far from what they say about the place on ***********. On top of everything, the pillow was definitely not clean, it looked very used and the sheets not fresh! That’s what actually made me grab my things and run… So my advice: DO NOT GO THERE!

I stayed here for over a week and would highly recommend. Great location and value for money, and the staff are lovely and accommodating. Note if staying in the accessible room on the ground floor there is a curtain rather than a door for the bathroom.

Awful experience. We had booked 7 nights at mid June, at 1st night we came at the hotel at 12 at night and we found a bug, we killed it. Second night, we came at 01.00 at night after a wedding and we found two bugs (we took photos for evidence). We tried to contact the owner of the hotel at 01.00 but no response. We couldn't stayed anymore and we changed hotel. We had payed the whole amount at the morning of the 2nd day and we never get the money back.
