We did a road trip in Holland and we stayed at this hotel in our first night! We loved the fact that it was more like a family business. The guy that took us at our apartment was really helpful, he provided many information and suggestions about the place. Our room was very spacious and clean. They also provide a great breakfast at a very nice cafe nearby. Thank you for your hospitality!

Chambre: "B&B 1001 Nach Haarlem" - Lange Veerstraat 6 2011 DB Haarlem Petit déjeuner: Paarlaarsteeg 2, 2011 TA Haarlem séjour du 25 au 28 aout (3 nuits) Une arnaque ! Une véritable escroquerie… Le lieu présenté en photo ne correspond pas à l’immeuble du Bed & Breakfast (pièces 1 et 1bis). La chambre, l’agencement, le lieu, le descriptif ne correspondaient absolument pas à la réalité: le mail de réservation précisait chambre de luxe « Romantique avec terrasse sur le toit ». Bonjour le romantisme!!!! (pièce 2). L’accès à la chambre est fait par une entrée sordide, pas propre et encombrée (pièces 3 et 3 bis) suivi d’un escalier raide et étroit (pièces 4 et 4bis, pas facile de le monter avec des grosses valises)… La chambre est petite, mal agencée, sans rangement (photo 5), sans charme. Il y a en effet une terrasse mais contrairement à l’annonce il n’y a pas de vue sur la ville : elle est engoncée, enfoncée dans les immeubles (photos 6 et 6bis). Une autre ouverture donne sur un endroit crasseux et odoriférant (photo 7). La chambre sent tout le temps mauvais, le renfermé, les remontées de canalisation et les diverses odeurs des restaurants alentours. Les lits sont étroits, il n’y a qu’un seul chevet et une seule lampe pour la lecture et les matelas sont horriblement mous (photo 8). La salle de bain est très dangereuse, très glissante car pas de séparation avec la douche (photo 9). Pas de produit, excepté un shampooing. Et la cerise sur le gâteau : pas de ménage, pas de change ! ! Le petit déjeuner est servi à plus de 300 mètres du Bed and breakfast. Ce qui n’était pas du tout mentionné sur la réservation. La wi-fi indiquée par mail est erronée. Les tarifs pratiqués (541 € pour trois nuits) sont parfaitement anormaux. en regard de cette mauvaise surprise. Bref, c’est la pire expérience d'hébergement que nous avons connu… Et bien sur, personne à l’accueil: les clés sont disponibles dans un coffre à clé… Il faut dénoncer ce qui nous apparait comme une escroquerie. Was eine Enttäuschung !! Wir sind restlos bedient von dieser Unterkunft - hier stimmte fast nichts. Eingangsbereich verdreckt - Zustand der Wohnung schlecht - hier kännen Sie nachts nicht schlafen weil unglaublich laut, kaum Lärm isoliert. Keine Reaktion des Vermieters auf Nachfrage/Beschwerde - das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt gar nicht. Bilder täuschen . Harleem eine Traumstadt - aber niemals mehr in dieser schlechten Unterkunft.

Due famiglie e due camere nel sottotetto.Le camere sono abbastanza recenti ma sporche e poco accoglienti.Camere con puzza di muffa e odori dalla strada e chiasso fino a tarda notte. Ingresso da negozio abbandonato sporco con spazzatura da settimane e muffa. Esperienza pessima, poca cura del cliente e nessun rispetto della pulizia

Zeker een aanrader! Wat hadden wij een heerlijk verblijf midden in het centrum van Haarlem. Een prachtige moderne kamer met Oosterse accessoires voorzien van alle gemakken. Heerlijke bedden! Alle instructies voor in- en uitchecken, huisregels, parkeren en ontbijt werden duidelijk per mail toegelicht. Ook hebben wij genoten van het lekkere ontbijt bij CoffeeDate! Het was TOP!
