Jash Bedrooms

Please appreciate Jash Bedrooms is not a hotel. Jash Bedrooms is a large family home situated close to the centre of Gulluk and a short walk to a CarrefourSA Supermarket, the Polat Global Beach Cafe and the "corniche" road which links all Gulluk's beaches and marinas. Location is ideal for all that Gulluk has to offer. The balconied and fly screen protected rooms, which are equipped with free wi-fi, air-conditioning, en-suite wet room facilities and satellite television are spotlessly clean and comfortable. Complementary toiletries and bath towels are provided. A small swimming pool in the garden is also available to guests. Prices are extremely reasonable and the friendly family go the extra mile to make a stay at their home a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The facilities at Jash Bedrooms comprise honest value for money and whilst there can be no realistic comparison with those provided in five star hotels, I have no hesitation in recommending a stay here. Jash Bedrooms is a welcome change from the corporate competition, with the added bonus that Gulluk is a ten minute taxi trip from the airport.

Filthy and not really a holiday accommodation. I had been aware that it was a family run B&B sort of accommodation, but in reality it was nothing close to what you would imagine a B&B is supposed to be. I booked a room supposed to be a bright and airy room in the second floor of the house. However I was given a room which looked like a storage room on the ground floor, without ensuite bathroom, but WITH A DOOR TO THE WONER BEDROOM FROM WHICH I COULD HEAR THEM TALKING AND COUGHING. The (storage) impromptu bedroom which i was given was damp and stale. There were bugs flying around. I could not get any sleep because of the condition of the room and the noise coming from the adjoining bedroom of the owner. The toilet (outside) my room was simply filthy. It seemed the only thing the owner did before my arrival was to put their toiletry away in the cupboard, the rest was still a filthy family bathroom. There were no towel, nor toiletries provided. I had to ask for a towel. The swimming pool which looked pristine in the photo was also filthy (you can see in the photo). The only good thing about this place is actually the owner, a granny, who was kind and friendly, and her 13-yr-old grandson who was helping his granny with dealing with payment. They were lovely so I decided not to make a fuss about it. But still I would like to provide a matter of face information for other travellers. It’s definitely not worth the money I paid.

Ce n’est pas un hôtel, mais une grande maison de famille. Chambre Queen size très confortable. Dommage que la propriétaire ne parle pas anglais.
