Oya Apartments

If you want to go some place that makes you feel at home from the get go then look no further. Mahmut aka 'Francis' /Kaagn are there to welcome you and ensure that you are looked after. They are so helpful and more to the point so very friendly always making time for a chat. The place is well situated to a supermaket and bus station, the resort is about a 12 mins walk,but if you dont feel like the walk the guys will call you a taxi. The apt is spotless thanks to a great cleaning team. This was a return visit for me and i have already booked for next year. A great advantage is that you can leave the items free of charge, that you wont require until next visit. I cannot tell you how much i felt at home here and felt i was saying goodbye to friends. Alp is there in the evenings to see to your needs. There is a lovely pool,( though personally i prefer the beach and took the dolmush to star beach. )and a pool bar and restaurant. The apts are basic, but spacious and spotless. All you require is there, and hairdryer can be got at reception if you want. All in all another awesome holiday. just back after spending 11 days in oya apart.This is our 3rd visit to oya and as per previous times it was great.Friendly staff,mahmoud,sade,alp,Ibo all welcoming and helpful,nothing is too much trouble.Rooms were cleaned daily by great ladies,again fresh towels and sheets as required.Food at the bar was good standard and reasonably priced.Pool area and pool cleaned daily,music at pool nit too loud,good a**osphere all round.Looking forward to coming back in September.

Just back from a 12 day stay from start to finish it was awful. Rude staff, old apar**ents, poor food, balcony doors that you cannot lock at all. Maintainance fixing for the whole holiday still not fixed up to us leaving. Laughed at me when I said I wouldn’t allow my son sleep in a room with a door that doesn’t lock.Not a bit of a**osphere there and prices of food changes daily. Breakfast first morning €30 second morning same thing €39 third morning €28.

Once again we have stayed in the oya apar**ents and again like every year it was a brilliant place to stay. Cannot find one negative thing about say. Thank you to Francis Alp Sade and all the boys and Nursell and Gunah for looking after us especially while we had an extended stay due to Aer lingus cancelled flights. See you all 2023.

The Oya Apar**ents are very clean and spacious, with everything you need for a relaxing break. Reading some of the negative reviews its clear that some people want luxury but don't want to pay for it. Realistically this is VERY good value for a reasonably priced holiday. The rooms are not luxurious, but there's a lot of space, plenty of storage, a full sized fridge, hob and kettle and a large balcony. Rooms are cleaned and fresh towels provided every day and the cleaners are friendly. There are washing machines available at a small charge, which is a really nice addition - great to come home with clean clothes! The pool is a good size and is clean with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. Staff are friendly and helpful and the bar serves good food at reasonable prices. The location is up a hill but its quite easy to do the 15 min walk into town then taxi back or catch one of the local buses that goes past the front door. You pay for what you get and in this case we got a lot for our money. Lots of contact with Jet 2 reps at the airport and in person at the hotel too - just like the old days!

Although a budget hotel and therefore not got the opulence of big name brands, rooms were spacious, cleaned every day and fresh towels provided. Bed really comfortable. Staff were amazing and pool and sunbed area cleaned every day. Location excellent as Kusadasi has steep hills everywhere but mid way between Ladies Beach and Kusadasi centre. Bonus the Dorma bus stop is just outside the hotel and the number 5 runs between the above two locations. Laundry on site with ironing board if require. Good little supermarket next door and have fridge, cooking facilities and basic utensils and crockery plus kettle. Lift to all floors. Could go on but made for a great holiday

Booked this holiday through jet2 don’t know why they send people there the apar**ents are dated and need redecorating from the start of our 2 weeks we had problems when we first arrived the air con was like a jet engine and the receptionist stuck a screw diver in it to stop it vibrating said It would get repaired the next day but didn’t vibrated for our whole holiday , We we’re self catering but the equipment was filthy and unusable and you only got 1 pot 1 frying pan and a tea pot and kettle could not use any of these not even the 1 hot plate we got Had to eat out the whole 2 weeks We had to clean the wardrobe before I unpacked the cleaners only give you towels that are all marked and mop the floor with dirty water our feet were dirty for 2 weeks from walking on the floor. The pool area was dirty and sticky the staff hang around all day playing table tennis .The shower didn’t work very well when you turned the water up it hit the ceiling and bathroom door .The hotel is quite a distance from the beach and town all up or down hill you have to get a bus or taxi .I don’t know why people have given these apar**ents a good review the owner should respect his customers and clean the apar**ents and renew the self catering equipment and the get apar**ents up to a decent standard.So would give these apar**ents a miss

We stayed here for 4 nights at the end of June. That apar**ents, although basic, are very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived late, due to flight delays, and they were more than happy to cook us some food, even though service had finished. We would definitely come back here another time.

A very pleasant stay at Oya, all our need’s meet , Francis and all the staff very pleasant and helpful, pool view room very spacious and spotless. Stayed in July and planning to return in September. Oya is very central to every thing. Met lots of Irish ☘️ people, who have been returning for years, say’s everything about OYA
