Η ίδια η διαμονή ήταν μια χαρά. Ωστόσο, αυτό που είναι απολύτως λάθος είναι ο χειρισμός των δεδομένων της πιστωτικής κάρτας. Κατά την άφιξη, η πιστωτική μου κάρτα μπλοκαρίστηκε η κατάθεση συμπεριλαμβανομένου του δημοτικού φόρου, την οποία ενέκρινα. Το επόμενο πρωί, ενώ ακόμη κοιμόμουν, χρεώθηκε άλλο ένα ποσό στην πιστωτική μου κάρτα. Όταν το παρατήρησα, πλήρωσα τον τουριστικό φόρο σε μετρητά κατά το check out.Η κυρία στη ρεσεψιόν ζήτησε συγγνώμη για την ταλαιπωρία και διαβεβαίωσε ότι οι χρεώσεις είχαν ακυρωθεί. Τώρα, 3 εβδομάδες αργότερα, ακόμα περιμένω τα χρήματά μου, δεν υπάρχουν άλλες απαντήσεις και έπρεπε να ανοίξω μια υπόθεση με την εταιρεία της πιστωτικής μου κάρτας. Τόσο πολύ απογοητευτικό

Das Hotel hat eine top Lage,leider lässt es an Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Im Restaurant ist der Teppich sehr verschmutzt.
Frühstück war okay jedoch für 20€ viel zu teuer.

Always nice in Carlton Beach.
Been coming here for last 10 years, but it could do with an update, getting a little tired and needs a refresh.

Fantastic hotel, great location, lovely little snug bar - just a shame that the only two lifts in the hotel are either ridiculously slow and/or out of action. Adds at least 15 mins on to any journey just to get down from any floor above 1

Great location right at the beach and the Boulevard. Very good service, with possibility to keep luggage after check out, while enjoying the beach

We really enjoyed the stay at Carlton Beach. The balcony had a fantastic view of the beach, and we spent several hours enjoying the view.
Nice, clean room with comfortable beds.
Easy to get around with the tram that stops right outside.
Remember to reserve parking.
We will be back

We stayed here in 2018 and there were a few amenities that we liked and brought us back. So we were disappointed when we discovered those amenities are no longer available. One was a mobile phone with cell data, allowing us to use google maps and make local phone calls as we travelled around the area. This was a real saving as we didn't have to buy a sim card for our own phones. Another thing we liked was the ability to buy Day Passes for the Tram at the front desk. Now, that isn't an option. The last thing was the beach chairs and windscreens that are no longer available. We didn't spend one day on the beach for this reason.
A few other notes worth mentioning : there was a Laundry bag in our room and when I asked about the rates, I was told that there was a fire in the Laundry room so that service wasn't available but I could go to the laundromat down the street. They didn't say when the Laundry option would be available.
I would have to say that dirty cutlery and cups were a problem every time we ate at the breakfast and even in the dining room.
Should we return to Scheveningen, we won't be staying at this hotel.
