Our family studio room is spacious & comfortable. Hv washing machine, microwave and mini kitchenette. Check in was swift but rushed even though there was no other guests. Didnt realised it was an indoor pool which was part of a club house. Staff there werent friendly. Rudely told us that we can only dip in the jacuzzi pool cos we do not hv swimming cap. Could hv told us that the jacuzzi pool was spoilt so we dont have even have to go in. Both the 3 attendants made us feel like we are intruding.

Up to par international hotel, I don't have any worries from the moment I booked the hotel since it's a Hilton group hotel, I knew everything would be in order and definitely would meet my expectations. But what exceed my expectation is the good service and attitude from Bob, a concierge staff who is so helpful and caring in making sure airport transfer service I booked was smooth. Very attentive, he took his initiative to follow up everything for me. Thumbs up for the excellent service!

Stayed for 2 days, had a pleasant experience overall. Hotel concierge Michael and front desk Nita was very friendly and helpful with our requests. Located walking distance near shopping malls - will definitely recommend this place to my friends for their travels :)

Nice hotel with spacious rooms and many options available.
Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly, they helped us a lot during our stay.
The only drawback that there was no women's sauna, only for men.

friendly service staff.location is excellent,near shopping centre wan xiang cheng. easy to get taxi and next to many eating places.will book here again.

Great experience with a kind and helpful staff. Room was good quality buy unfortunate the room sound system was a little faulty. Besides that, great place and great location. Looking forward to future visits.

A beautiful hotel, in a great location in Haikou. Very helpful concierge service, and HUGE apartment style rooms with everything you could need, particularly for an extended stay!

There was a miscommunication between the front desk and the breakfast counter. Was told that they have given complimentary breakfast ( I dint ask for for it) during check in. When I headed to the breakfast was informed that I need to pay for it...
Head straight to the airport for my breakfast instead...
When boarding the cab, the bellhop were chatting among themselves. Only when my luggage was in the trunk of the cab they came over to offer their help...
Personally I wouldn't recommend haikou hilton due to the uncoordinated communications and the service levels.
