the Langham Haikou

2nd time staying at The Langham . Room was very comfortable, with all the necessary amenities to ensure a most lovely stay. Thank you to Lilly & Joey at front desk !

Great beautiful stay at the Langam at our last night in Haikou. If you like English elegant interior, then this is the right choice. My room view was an old-worn apartment building which i guess hit the mark considering i was paying a premium to stay here.

Good location, right opposite to wanxiang city mall. Good service, thank you Ken for upgrading the room to the sea view room, which has spectacular view. The breakfast is also nice, with many options. The only downside is that Wi-Fi was not stable in my room.

Great location! Center of haikou. There are shipping malls few steps away from the hotel. Lily from the reception was very very helpful and friendly. Only thing I didn’t like was breakfast and their buffet dinner. All the foods were cold for some reason.

Very luxurious hotel in a fairly central area of Haikou. Lovely room, very friendly staff, easy to get to. There's nice genuine "city life" around the hotel, with several malls and restaurants in the mix. Great place to stay.

Hotel is quite new. Breakfast was normal. Hotel says breakfast opens at 630am but was not ready and was told by waiting staff to eat what ever was available. Attitude needs correction in this case. Other areas ok.

As a business traveler who visits Haikou every month, this stay has left a profound impression on me. This was one of my BEST hotel stay experiences in a LONG TIME. The staff where extremely accommodating, polite and friendly. If you are ever on Haikou, don’t look past The Langham, it’s a perfect location, the rooms are stunning (the photos don’t do them justice) and the service is second to none! Thank you specifically Julie for your professionalism and help throughout my stay.
