Perfect location for all transit traveller, well connected to all terminals by the cover walkway. Compare to last stay month ago, much cleaner and pleasant stay. Reached at 2200 after car rental return and found that the car may also park there at which is a definite advantage.
Variety of food for breakfast is standard, but staff are helpful overall.

Overall a bad experience for the short stay. Arrived late at Manchester airport owing to the flight delay and arrived the hotel at 0100. Friendly staff but the room was a mess.
The bed sheets were not clean and very itching through the night. Cannot sleep properly even though it was just a short stay for few hours before continuing the journey next. But the location and covered connection bridge is a definite advantage for the choice at the airport.

The hotel receptionist was most helpful, car parking just outside entrance, room comfortable, relaxing and well presented. We chose a simple meal of freshly cooked cod and chips which was delicious. The leisure facilities were good with towels and robes provided. A public/residents bar was lively and it was accessible to non residents moving between terminals. The views of flights departing from the airport during the evening were enjoyable to watch. A quiet room with room service available. Recommended.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. Comfortable clean rooms and never heard any noise from the airport. The restaurant food was lovely and the staff so professional but kind and friendly.
