第一次住雙床的很滿意，這次住單床的都驚了。廁所是上次的一半大。隔音也很差，感覺和之前都不是同一個酒店。可能是頂樓還沒翻新到。這次的房間根本不配800人民幣

Reception requested 200 grants for deposit after they told me 100 was enough but the next day they charged me another 100 bucks without any notice.
After 10 days they send my money back.
It does not satisfy me because I'm first time traveler in this hotel and to chase my money back I tried several called to them until they sent my money back

The bathroom was freezing and the heater wouldnt work. The bedroom took a long time to heat up. The hotel is very dated and the elevators stopped at each floor with a sudden boom. We did get a box of chocolates which was very nice.

Excellent location across from a historic Public Garden. Close to many shopping and dining options. Had dinner at the in house restaurant, terrific service, great fish and chips. My room was small, by choice, but had everythjng I needed and more. Will definitely return and recommend.

Beautiful, vintage hotel with premium accommodations. Pleasant, courteous staff, excellent food and attentive service. I always stay at the Lord Nelson when in Halifax.

Great location with lots of dining options within a couple of blocks. Nice 15-20 minute walk to waterfront boardwalk. Definitely will stay here again!

Perfect location for Halifax. Across from the Public Gardens, restaurants, bookstore, so very easy for shopping and meeting up with friends. The only downside really is that the parking area is a challenge to get to if you have a lot of luggage (so leave the luggage at the front desk and park or when you are leaving leave the luggage at the desk and drive to the front of the hotel to get your luggage back in the car). Harris, one of the front door men was very helpful and has some great stories. It is so easy to get around without a car in the downtown area.
