My husband and I went to this hotel on 14th of April 2024. We had a great experience. All the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. We enjoyed steam room and sauna. The rooms were very clean and view was amazing. I recommend them 100 percent.

Have you ever tried prison cell ? If not welcome to Parkhotel in hall what a room to pay 100+€ per night for prison cell I was lucky I have no luggage with me otherwise I may need to keep them out of the room Why even someone will design or accept to do this so It’s very bad experience so far let hope

Spectacular views of the Inn river valley and of the surrounding Alps from BIG panoramic windows (get an upper floor room if you can - amazing), 60 second walk from the walled old town. Very clean and modern and comfortable. Reasonably good breakfast. Downstairs parking was super-convenient. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

I stayed here with my group June 2-4 and cannot thank them enough for their hospitality. They prepared our dinners both nights that were delicious and the service and attention to care was much appreciated. Fred, his son and the entire staff are wonderful! Plus, the town nearby is absolutely beautiful and charming.

This was a total s...hole of a hotel. A twin bed fit for a child in a room the size of a 9x10 cramped bedroom with a very small bathroom and even small shower. The tour company which was EF Go Ahead Tours booked this hotel for all of us. I would NEVER consider booking this hotel, even for one night. I did NOT sleep at all because the bed was way too small for my 5'6", 130-lb frame so a bigger person would have to lay like a mummy in the bed if they wanted to get any sleep. Very uncomfortable! This deserves a "0" star rating because it does not measure up to any 3-star hotel in the US or Canada.

This well-equipped, family-run hotel sits in the middle of a village featuring quant streets, medieval walls and neighborhood residences. The owner, Fred, his family and staff take great care in providing for their guests. Comfortable rooms, nice restaurant, and our breakfast was included, featuring a wide variety of foods. Conveniently located next to Innsbruck, but a quiet village atmosphere. Thanks Fred (Nick too) for your care and hospitality!

Really nice view from the room, location close to old town and great restaurant/bar terrace for the evening. However, the condition of the rooms and the breakfast is not up to the standard of a 4-star hotel, it’s rather 3-star. No air conditioning, watch-out for summers Therefore the nightly price is too high.
