Clean and comfortable room. Great location close to restaurants and walking tracks. Lots of wildlife close by. Rang ahead and owners suggested a nice little drive on the way and offered information about possibly seeing smoke due to planned burn offs in the area. Highly recommended place to stay for both couples and families.

Great Hosts, super clean room, great location. When I arrived I was greeted by the owner David very friendly and engaging. David checked us in and gave us a run down on the facility, I was very impressed. Later we returned to see about a late checkout we encountered Kelly she was amazing so knowledgeable about the area the food places on offer in Halls gap, Kelly gave us her recommendations and a quick synopsis of each place. We also got a little history on of the recent history of Halls Gap, including the Devastation caused by the Bushfires which was very enlightening to plight of the locals. Also was asked what time I would like to check out I said 11 am , Kelly said to take our time and to make sure we were not disturbed she put us last on the cleaning schedule.. I couldn’t have asked for more wonderful service from the owners.

Great motel. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms and close to town in beautiful Halls gap. They accept pets as well. Will definitely go back. Nothing was too much trouble for the lovely staff. Fire pit and seats outback to enjoy as well as local wildlife.

A lovely clean room with a large table, comfortable bed and good appliances The motel is in an excellent location. An easy walk to the main town. It is surrounded with trees and there are places to sit outside. Kelly and David were friendly and helpful

Older style motel accommodation that is kept very clean and well-maintained. Tony was also very friendly and helpful with advice on what to do with the time I had. A spontaneous overnight in Hall’s gap as I was passing through on my way to Adelaide. Appreciate the upgrade. Thank you!

We got great value for money and our hosts Vanessa and David were caring and kept in great communication. The Grampians are just the best place ever for hiking and fun. This motel is right at the foothill of the mountains. Very convenient and close to everything.

We really enjoyed our time at this little motel. My toddler thoroughly enjoyed seeing the kangaroos, kookaburras, and cockatoos that come and say hello. Walking distance to the town and super close to all the hot spots in halls gap. Highly recommend if you're looking for budget accommodation

Comfortable and clean with excellent service from people who clearly love what they do. Lots of good advice on how to spend our time. Great location and some beautiful wildlife coming to visit. Town centre is just a short pleasant walk away with lots of food options

I have never experienced such kindness from a small business in my life. Kelly and David were incredibly kind and flexible when I needed to change my booking date due to a personal circumstance. They never hesitated, genuinely cared, and reminded me that there are still very kind people in the world. It will now be my new home away from home when I need a tranquil country break. I truly can’t recommend the motel (VERY comfy beds and the best rainfall shower head you expect to see in a 5-star hotel.). My new favourite people and accommodation. See you again soon Kelly and David.
