조용하고 깨끗한 호텔입니다 프론트 직원들도 친절하고 .. 아침을 먹지 않는편이라 조식은 안 먹어서 식사는 어떤지 모르지만 주변에 큰 마트와 식사할 수 맀는 곳이 있어서 편리했어요 ~^^ 시내에서는 좀 떨어져 있어도 조용하고 깨끗한 호텔을 찾는다면 추천합니다

A great one night stay at this nice hotel convenient for Hamburg Airport. Good clean room and tasty breakfast. Can't comment on transfers from terminal as I was collected by a relative also staying at hotel after a late /delayed flight. Affordable hotel with plenty of parking.

Stayed one night in this hotel to wait for my flight. A really convenient place to stay, I would say. Leonardo Hotel might be in the center of everything you’ll need, be it a mall, grocery stores, restaurants, bars and it’s only 5minutes away from the airport. The breakfast and service was amazing. The room is not bad, has a vintage feels in it with complete amenities.

The bed was terrible, which is why I can only give 2 stars. Friendly staff, nice and clean room, lovely breakfast. But the mattress was so so so bad. Every spring could be felt and I woke up several times during the night because it hurt to lie on it. My colleague had the same experience.

I was with a group of friends who stayed here for one night after a trip from Kiel before flying back home. It's close to the airport so this was the reason why we stayed here. The hotel looks aging and I've noticed some maintenance issues around the property, notably the gardening at the front and the middle where there are some overgrown ****s as if someone didn't take a good care of them. However the interiors are clean and we had a good stay even for just a night. The room, despite the aging looking hotel, is actually very clean and well maintained. I had a rather spacious room on the 3rd floor and it was comfortable enough although the pillows are a bit too much and smaller but that's still okay for me. Unfortunately the bathroom doesn't have a shower curtain at all and everytime I took a shower water always sprayed to the floor and this can be quite dangerous especially since the bathtub is quite slippery and there is no handrail on the wall. Would be so much better if they could install a shower curtain. The on-site restaurant has limited option of foods so there's nothing too special (could be improved, though). Staffs are friendly. Lastly, the location. As I said before the hotel is close to the airport and they have a shuttle service too but we didn't try it since we had our own. It's in a quiet neighborhood area so there isn't very much to see around, but there is a Krohnstieg Center shopping center with an Edeka supermarket within 10 minutes walking distance. If you want to go to the downtown you can take the train from the Langenhorn Markt train station not far from the shopping center. There are a few restaurants nearby, including a Chinese restaurant about 10 minutes walking towards the airport. Overall it was a decent stay although the hotel could use some improvements to make it more nicer and comfortable.

Very kind and helpful, perfect room and tidy. Hearty breakfast, a very quiet place to spend a few days! A beautiful view, a magnificent place. Right prices, I will definitely come back! I recommend it to everyone.

Wir hatten im Großen und Ganzen einen akzeptablen Aufenthalt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück ist top und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Zimmer war bezüglich der Größe völlig in Ordnung. Man hatte ausreichend Platz. Leider gibt es aber bezüglich der Sauberkeit etwas Nachbessungsbedarf. Das Bad ist mein größter Kritikpunkt.

Ho soggiornato per lavoro una settimana in questa hotel la seconda settimana di dicembre. La posizione anche se esterna è molto comoda. Vicino all'aeroporto ( con navetta gratis , basta chiamare la reception), e alla fermata longhehorner market della metro ( raggiungibile a piedi in 5minuti)

Das wohl schlechteste Hotel, in dem ich jemals war. Im Eingang roch es nach altem Zigarettenrauch, die Tische waren verdreckt. Das Familienzimmer für vier Personen lag im Keller, Fensteraussicht auf Beton. Im Zimmer war der Teppich verdreckt, Toiletten eine einzige Anmaßung, überall Spinnen und Insekten. Im Flur roch es nach Abwasser. Auf dem Weg zum Frühstück standen die Türen zu chaotischen Abstellkammern offen. Frühstücksbuffet (um kurz nach neun) bestand aus zwei zerquetschten, lieblosen Croissants und Nutella, Honig und Marmelade auf versifften Tellern. Kaffeemaschine Dieses Hotel ist in keiner Hinsicht ein 4-Sterne-Hotel. Tun sie sich und ihrer Familie einen gefallen und buchen sie etwas anderes.
