Very bad food and very limited choice The FREE indoor swimming pool is very dirty Very dirty beach.. it smelled so bad Discrimination between Tunisians and foreigners The spa and thalasso is overrated and very expensive, I tried a massage that was a diaster ..

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at Hasdrubal Thalassa & Spa Port El Kantaoui Hotel. They lied about the quality of our room, which was located at the end of the hotel and unbearably hot. The staff was unaccommodating and showed no respect for our religious beliefs regarding wearing a burkini. The overall experience was frustrating and uncomfortable. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a respectful and honest environment.

Wow after 8 days in another hotel in Hammamet, I was so sad of my Tunisian experience..I had to escape for a few days. I went from hell to heaven..from arrival welcome to the amazing spa, the pool and garden, wonderful food I only wish my entire holiday was here. I booked for 2 but extended to 4 days..simply wonderful!

Wonderful place to spend on it a perfect holiday with my family it’s my first time on Tunisia and I love it it’s more amazing than the pictures nice experience and a lot of fun And delicious food wow we love it. Good vibes from the entertainment team we will be back definitely.

I have been for the third time in Sentido Bellevue Park (then RIU) and 15 th time in Tunisia. Through Sun @Fun Polish tour operator I bought standard room with a view garden as there was no any other option. On arrival I was accomodated in level -1 (minus one acc. to lift info.), one meter below the ground, in the left wing of the hotel, eclusively offered to several other Polish tourists. The right wing serves for variuous hotel services as storages, loundry etc. My room no 1510 was situated with view on local way, opposite to construction works in progress. It was not a view garden. Apart from this it stunk with musty, mold and fungus and not only in the toilet. There was torn dirty, old,brown carpet in the corridor too.I refused sleeping in that room and wanted to pay for an upgrade but there were no rooms available . After an hour or two I received room no 1510 on the same level with lawn view, but on the real garden side. The "new" room has no tv pilot, lock to its "terrace" was broken and curtain torn but at least it did not stink. Two days after I was offered standard room with view garden on"0"-level in corner (under reception level), next to storage room and laundry. Being fed up with the receptionists " empty promises" to give us a nice room I decided to stay in room no 1510. During 10 days of our holiday I found 6 cocroaches (7 cm. long) of which three were killed on my request by cleaning staff and three were delivered by me to the reception. My previous two locations in that hotel were on the first level, pool view and second level with sea view and last experience was unpleasant astonishment. The garden,pool,food, cleaning and waiter team staff was very good and as good I remembered from previous holidays. Apart from beautiful lobby, garden, drink bars and restaurants the hotel needs further renovation (carpets, doors, beach umbrellas, deck chairs etc.). In my opinion the Hotel and tour operator agreed on such poor lodgging for Polish tourists and misled them by describing basement accomodation as "a standard room with garden view" Peter

I had the worst facial treatment ever in this hotel ‘hotel hasdrubal thalassa spa’. There was no explanation about the treatment or the products, the chair was uncomfortable and I was under the steamer for about 20 min that was too hot and too close to my face. The woman left and came back later, then applied a mask and again left the room for about 20 min. Normally in the mean time they massage your hands or feet but now I pay 80 euro to be left alone in the room for most of the time with just a steamer and a mask. The water was cold and normally for comfort they use a hot towel or cottons to remove products. After the treatment my skin felt really sticky… I said this immediately to the spa manager but he didn’t reply anything. Not a sorry or any explanation.. I understand that every country has his own way of treatments but you would not expect this from a 5 star hotel. I did had a good experience in the hammam! It was clean and the treatment was nice. But I definitely not recommend the facial treatments.

Ero già stato ospite di una cara amica per un pranzo e una giornata in piscina l'anno prima,dovendo portare in vacanza un genitore non più giovanissimo ho scelto quest'albergo favorevolmente colpito dalla sua organizzazione,calma e pulizia,il personale molto cordiale ,il direttore ha avuto la premura di organizzare una cena per alcuni ospiti ed invitarci,credo che tra gli alberghi in cui ho pernottato in Tunisia sia senz'altro tra i migliori ad un costo tutto considerato molto ragionevole ,consigliato

Charmant petit hôtel à taille humaine dans un très beau parc arboré et splendide thalasso Pour ceux qui cherchent la tranquillité le calme et le sens de l’hospitalité grâce à un personnel très sympathique entièrement dévoué et aux petits soins Petite plage super agréable très grande piscine extérieure Propreté irréprochable La proximité du port d’el kantaoui accessible à pied en quelques minutes est un plus Merci à tous pour cette semaine de rêve
