It was a very nice stay. Great atmosphere. The breakfast was the only not so wonderful part but, they were extremely busy and I know it must have been difficult to keep everything cleaned up and restocked. Otherwise it was a great trip and the hotel and room were clean and comfortable. The location was great for our event at the Hampton Coliseum.

My stay was wonderful! The staff was very nice and the hotel was by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at in the Hampton roads area. I definitely recommend this hotel to all. When I make my next trip back to Hampton roads, I will be staying here again! 10 out of 10.

From when I walked into the hotel, it felt inviting. The employees were friendly and efficient. The room was clean and loved the space. Breakfast was delicious and the guest reception was nice. I will make the Embassy Suites my home away from home.

The hotel was awesome. The staff was friendly staff and accommodating. Thumbs up to the supervisor that runs breakfast buffet, it was one of the best I have ever experience. Thanks for a great experience! I will definitely stay there again when I come to town.

I made a reservation here to celebrate my one year anniversary I was told I could not bring balloons into the room and that is why I got a room so I can surprise my fiancé. I was not able to do what I wanted as far as surprising her. The free breakfast was a joke everything was cold and unappetizing. Would not be staying here again.

1) Complimentary breakfast food was excellent, and service people were nice.
2) Facility was clean, bright with a huge high sky and open food court.
3) Very pleasant stay, and we enjoyed it.

The hotel itself was decent. However, myself and other patrons had our cars broken into during our stay at this hotel. Resulting in our trip being cut short due to personal items stolen from our vehicle. Please keep this in mind when staying at this establishment.
