It is a brand new hotel with a modern and stylish design which is very impressive, the location is good and requires only 15 mins walk from the train station.
However, regarding the facilities and services, I can tell that it is totally not ready. Firstly, the telephone in my room wasn't working from time to time. Then the coffee machine wasn't working we tried for 30 mins, and we asked to change to a workable one but 2 men came to our room and then checked and tested the coffee machine for another 20 mins before bringing the new one to us. The most ridiculous scenario was that the air-con of our room wasn't working and we didn't even get notified or solutions. The room temperature was kept at 25 degrees with no wind for the whole night so I needed to open a window during my sleep. The next morning the room temperature rose to 28 degrees I couldn't stand it and kept sweating after my bath when I was getting ready to check out. A cleaning lady who was cleaning the next room was very nice to offer us an electric fan, which I much appreciated for her kindness. She tried to call a technician to see whether the air-con issue could be solved or not, after 30 mins, one man came up and told me that the air-con was leaking that's why they needed to shut down the air-con for the entire building, he didn't even try to solve the problem and he just left after telling me the truth. Anyway, I left your hotel with a sweaty body....
It is totally out of my expectations of Hilton's group as it is an international brand. Seems like the facilities and staff of the hotel were not ready and it really ruined my impression of Hilton's group.
