Shusheng. No.1 Courtyard of True Floor Heating (West Lake Lingyin Store)

It was my first trip to Hangzhou. I wanted to celebrate my husband’s birthday here and it was totally impromptu. What I was looking for: 1) a closer location to the West lake - to walk there, not to ride; 2) a balcony or courtyard; 3) and/or at least a beautiful view and surroundings; 4) as we love tea and really interested in Chinese tea culture, some tea plantation nearby could be a plus! Not many hotels seemed to meet my requirements and those which fit were way beyond our budget. Xunzhenshe hotel looked very pretty but their description was not very clear. Anyway, considering that I was booking our room just a day (!) before our arrival on Friday night, Xunzhenshe seemed to be my only choice with just two rooms left. To be honest, I didn’t expect much when we arrived. However, from the beginning the service was outstanding with a personal approach. At the hotel they greeted us as we were VIPs. Celia, an English-speaking lady, who contacted me after my booking, was extremely helpful. She gave us few recommendations about Hangzhou and the area nearby. She showed us the tea plantation just next to the hotel and a room where farmers were drying tea leaves - it was quite short but interesting introduction to the hotel environment. The hotel itself is owned and managed by a former architect. The building was built based on construction principles of the Song dynasty. As I understand, all ground floor units have their own courtyard. There is a parking lot, a tea room and a restaurant at the hotel. We were given a non-smoking one-bedroom apartment in a quieter part of the hotel and could enjoy our morning tea in our small but elegant courtyard. The apartment was clean with all necessary amenities. There was a kitchen and a dining room with a huge table (we didn’t use this room though). The breakfast buffet was included in the rate, however they offered mostly Chinese food (no problem for us as we love it). Our dinner and breakfast food were delicious! Also, we so much appreciate totally unexpected birthday presents to my husband. Upon arrival he found a little gift with a touching handwritten birthday message and then birthday noodles were served at the restaurant. So, it was very unique and memorable celebration! After all, I was really happy with my hotel’s choice. To conclude what we loved the most about this hotel: 1. Attentive and caring service 2. Nature and beautiful surroundings 3. Very good location: just next to the West lake park and bridges. Walkable distance to the famous night show Impression and Su Causeway. Not far away to Leifeng pagoda and Longjing and Meijiawu villages. 4. Good Chinese restaurant with a terrace just next to the tea plantation 5. Amazing tea Me and my husband had a great time in Xunzhenshe. Highly recommend it to those who love places with soul.

非常舒服的一次入住體驗，茶和古琴課學了不少知識，老師的表演賞心悦目，少傑攝影師給我們拍攝了好多在茶園古樹下精美的照片，前台小汪體貼細緻，給我們延長了退房時間，及時送了新的門卡。早餐內容豐富，在茶園美景中享用美味的早餐。非常感謝。

帶娃出遊，選擇了這家酒店離景區很近，出入方便。酒店房間設施乾淨，陳列布局很古樸典雅，喜歡！早餐很豐盛，就餐點外面是一大片茶園，風景優美，管家君君認真負責，晚上11點了還幫忙找充電器。由於臨時續租，有點小插曲，老闆幫忙協調且沒有讓我補補差價，非常感謝🙏㊗️生意興隆

服務很好，位置就在景區裏面 到的比較晚，有空房還給免費升級，也贈送了早餐。 走的時候還有十八籽的伴手禮，很貼心。 到靈隱寺如果早起散步可以走路，不過有點遠。門口有自行車電動車租一個也很方便。

酒店環境很好，入住的房間能看到茶園，景色很好，位於西湖風景名勝區內，距離西湖靈隱都可以步行到達，接待人員熱情，管家君君專業，有事能幫忙處理，去自己餐廳用餐，還主動贈送了優惠券，很棒。

酒店入住體驗感太棒了，整體環境清幽舒適，乾淨衞生，特別是置身微雨清晨，茶園染翠的美景中，感覺生活和工作中的疲憊都沒有了。孩子對店裡的西湖牛肉羹和小籠包讚不絕口，期待以後假期再來入住，特別感謝管家君君全程周到熱情的服務。

早餐很豐盛，而且早餐廳正對茶園，清晨晨霧伴着採茶女背影真的太美了！老闆也很熱情❤️🔥 房屋是套房，有茶室和陽台，卧室大床正對着茶園！卧室除了大床還有個榻榻米床鋪🫢兩個洗手間很方便！ 給老闆提個小意見，兩個洗手間屋頂太醜🤣太簡陋了，拉低這個房價了……

酒店設施非常多，環境優美，睡得非常好，而且有一個很大的茶園，很適合旅遊是住宿的地方，酒店的員工都非常好，無論有什麼需求，都會盡力幫客人，而且訂房的時候還包含一個旅拍套餐，一間房間包五張相片，酒店會安排專業攝影師幫忙拍照，這次的攝影師小武，把我們都拍得非常美麗，再加上有酒店美麗的環境之下，整個拍攝過程我們都非常滿意，下次會再入住，入住體驗非常好。

每年春天來西湖必住殊勝，管家周姐姐和前台妹妹都很Nice。交通便利，靈隱西湖都步行可至。房間舒適，佈置中式風格耐品，酒店自家的茶園更添清新雅緻，早餐望着茶園發呆，九曲紅梅茶香撲鼻，美好的記憶總會讓人去而復返。酒店就餐地道杭州本幫菜也很好吃。
