Staffs are nice, friendly and helpful. Self laundry on site, easy and convenient. However, only 1 unit washing machine and 1 unit dryer. Need to q when many ppl doing laundry at the same time. Overall, nice stay. Surroundings are residential area. Easy to access for local foods. Walkable distance to 西湖景区 and mrt stations, very convenient.

Decent amenities and within walkable distance to wulin street night market.
Room condition is good and staffs are welcoming

We booked a family room (for triple occupancy) with breakfast which had option for two persons only, however the front staff was very accommodating us and warmly welcomed with the extra breakfast for the third person for FREE of charges. The room was also nice. Location was brilliant to go anywhere within the city center. 100% recommended this branch!

Hotel located in the heart of city, by hiding inside a community area. Hence the hotel is guarded by the security guard. sometimes the guard didn't allow the taxi to enter to fetch us, and we had to walk out to take the cab. Room spacious and clean, heating and cooling system worked well. Hotel is only equipped with 1 washer and 1 dryer, suggest the hotel to have more washer and dryer

The hotel is around 10 mins walk from Fengqi Metro station. Exit D3 for elevator or D4 for escalator. For D3 exit, you will need to cross the road to get to the hotel via a zebra crossing. The Baidu app gives an accurate direction to the hotel.
Beds are clean and it’s a typical 3-Star hotel. They make the bed daily and replenish the bottled water. No fridge in the room so if you want to store anything that needs to be refrigerated you need to ask hotel to store for you in their kitchen fridge. The room provides towels, hotel disposable slippers, shampoo and body wash, and Chinese tea that you can brew on your own using their tea set and kettle but does not provide coffee. The floor, however, is not very clean and full of dust so when I put my luggage on the floor my luggage became more dirty than when it was on the plane. Hotel is ready to provide children toothbrush and slippers. It has one washer and one dryer, and provides detergent. My BIL encountered a weird insect crawling out from the bottom of his bed.

The location is super good. Near the metro line, Westlake and the Wulin squares. The receptionist is friendly and attentive to our arrival. Nearby got many eateries and minimart. Only the bathroom somewhere the water leaks to the basin area.
