Zhejiang Hotel

Μείναμε πολύ άνετα και η μετακίνηση ήταν εύκολη, με μετρό και ταξί ακριβώς έξω. Κλείσαμε αμέσως άλλες δύο διανυκτερεύσεις. Επισκεφτήκαμε τη Γέφυρα Duanqiao και την Παγόδα Leifeng, είδαμε το σόου με τα μουσικά σιντριβάνια, πήγαμε στο χωριό Longjing για γευσιγνωσία τσαγιού, περπατήσαμε στο Jiuxi Shibajian για να απολαύσουμε το φυσικό οξυγόνο – το πράσινο είναι τόσο θεραπευτικό. Επισκεφτήκαμε τους αρχαίους και ευλογημένους ναούς Lingyin και Yongfu και απολαύσαμε μια έκθεση αποφοίτων της Ακαδημίας Καλών Τεχνών στο Μουσείο Τέχνης Zhejiang. Υπάρχουν επίσης η οδός Xiaohe Zhijie, η νυχτερινή αγορά Wulin και τόσα άλλα, μια φορά δεν ήταν αρκετή! Θα ξανάρθουμε σίγουρα.

⭐ 1 STAR — Very disappointing and unacceptable stay We stayed at this hotel in Hangzhou from 9 September to 11 September 2026. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences our family has had. My husband, my daughter and I all developed multiple red, extremely itchy spots on our legs after staying at the hotel. The bites were so itchy that we were constantly scratching and could barely get relief. What makes this especially concerning is that three members of the same family were affected after staying in the same room. Based on the appearance and pattern of the bites, we strongly suspect that we may have been exposed to bed bugs or another biting pest during our stay. We returned to Singapore on 13 September, but the problem has not ended. We are still experiencing persistent itchiness even after leaving the hotel. We have tried ointments and sprays to relieve the symptoms, but the discomfort continues. This is not something we expected to deal with after paying to stay in a hotel. A hotel room should be clean, hygienic and properly maintained. Instead, our family left the hotel with a problem that has continued even after returning home. Hotel management should take this seriously and urgently investigate the room, mattresses, bedding, bed frames and surrounding areas for possible bed bugs or other pests. We hope the hotel will also ensure that other guests are not exposed to the same problem. I am posting this review so that potential guests are aware of our experience. We cannot recommend this hotel based on what happened to our family, and we would not stay here again unless we are confident that this issue has been properly investigated and resolved. Photos of the bites are available/attached for reference. A hotel stay should not result in three members of a family returning home covered in itchy red bites. This experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

The hotel is well located with two subway lines at the foot of the hotel and a 10 minutes walk to the iconic West Lake. At night, you can go to the Wulin night market in 5 minutes and try many of the local specialties in no time. The room was clean, the bed was confortable and I had plenty of storage space for my things. My room was quite despite facing a large avenue so no problem for light sleepers. The breakfast was also excellent (and started early, at 6h30) and there are plenty of self service laundry machines. Overall, this is a perfect place to explore Hangzhou, especially in the middle of a long trip.

A fantastic choice for a stay in this part of townThe location is great with a mall and shpping complex just minutes away and plenty of eateries all around. The rooms are big and comfortable, offering a good breakfast room was clean and so was the hotel

For me its a topnotch location because upon exiting the hotel is a subway station and just around is the wulin square and the west lake, the staffs are very accommodating!

We had a wonderful stay. We were upgraded to a high-floor room with a great view, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The reception and room service staff were always professional, friendly, and attentive. The hotel's location is excellent, with the metro station right outside the entrance, making it easy to visit attractions like Wulin Night Market and West Lake. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel. The only downside is that there is no elevator from the metro exit to street level, so carrying luggage can be a little challenging.

Excellent hotel location. Close to shopping malls and street night markets. Staff were friendly and always willing to help. Excellent breakfast with a good mixture of selections

Amazing facility and lovely staff. The gym was especially good with a squat rack and weights. They gave us a welcome gift with fruit and snacks.

The stay in Zhejiang Hotel was fantastic! Fengqilu metro station is just 1min from the hotel, very convenient. The breakfast was good with alot of variety. We love the live station, the noodle station was good. The room helper has left a short note to inform us she has added additional bottles. We also received other complimentary items from hotel staff too. The hotel reception staff were very helpful, they help us to book the linying temple admission slot via their local number, as we were unable to book via our foreign mobile line. We would definitely stay back in this hotel if we stay in Hangzhou again.
