Room was so clean and comfortable. Surrounded by good food and environment. Recommend to stay here for your next trip.

Booked family room for 3. The room was ok but didn’t look as grand like the picture displayed, and the TV wasn’t working while we stayed there. Bathroom is new and spacious but not elderly friendly. Theres a glass door to the toilet on top of the sliding door to the bathroom area. My mum knocked on her forehead when she went to toilet as it wasn’t visible to her.
Service was so so. The morning staffs were really nice, unlike the evening staffs. So it’s a hit and miss. Not sure about public transportation as we took Didi everywhere we go (very affordable price).

Location is the BEST here. Hangzhou’s city centre/xihu road traffic is crazy and we are so thankful for the location of the hotel because it is just 5 min away from heavy traffic so the roads were less congested!! Rooms can be cleaner in terms of the window panes and dust in corners of the rooms. Reception service was amazing. Helped us ordered food takeaway and offered to carry our heavy luggages despite not needing!! Really good service for foreigners looking to visit ❤️🔥

The location of the hotel is good. It's about 5 mins walk to the Shengtangqio Metro. It's in a relative peaceful neighbourhood. There are numerous eateries beside the hotel and across the street to the station. The lady receptionists were very helpful and attentive to our needs. The breakfast spread was average and the menu is the same everyday. However the coffee was good and is available all day. Room service is done by a very cute robot. The room was large and very comfortable with two openable windows for fresh air.

The room was great. Very big and spacious. Had a mini fridge and washing machine, the staff were friendly and the hotel is beautiful. The room was exactly like the photos.
I’d stay here again for sure.

Unfortunately we tried to check in after 14:00 but our room was not ready yet. However the staff at reception let us keep our luggage behind the desk so it wasn’t too inconvenient. The room was massive and clean, with a lovely view. Walls weren’t very sound proof. But generally lovely room with kind staff. Nice shower and bathroom, perfect for a one night stay.

Has a nice bathtub and a washer with dryer. Room is big but cleaner not doing a good job daily just spread out the comforter to cover the bed and that's bed making. Towel just place on sofa and that's completes the entire room making. Mosquito can be found in room, my daughter was beaten several times.

Good price fine hotel was clean and practical. I just had a coffee but didn’t try the breakfast . They could use better coffee machine /beans.
