Haoyi Hotel(Hangzhou West Lake Southern Song Yujie store)

New hotel located at a very convenient location. Easy and short walk to the MRT, and about 10 minutes to Hefang street. The room has ample space and the big bed is comfortable. However, when I checked in, the room floor was a little sticky, and I had to clean it myself. Otherwise, this hotel is good - friendly staff, easy check in etc.

The location of this hotel is really good because it is very near the subway. The nearest subway is line 1 which is a direct line to the airport, railway east station and west lake. The room is generally clean and service staff are friendly and helpful. The soundproofing is not good and I was unlucky to have a neighbour that spoke so loudly at night. I called the front desk to assist as it was already 2 am and my neighbours were still talking non stop. The staff was very apologetic and immediately went to their room to speak to them. The soundproofing is not the best but they try their best to make things better so I’m happy with the service.

Front desk is nice and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable. You can even ask front desk to keep your luggage after you check out. Will book again if I come to Hangzhou.

Check in counter was open even at 12am. Front counter staff was friendly, and check in process was quite fast. Room was of decent size for 3 pax. Although there was not much space to walk after opening 3 medium to large luggage. Room was slightly dusty and there was only 2 towels even though I booked the room for 3 pax. So we had to call front desk daily to get 1 extra set of towel everyday. Room cleaning was done daily. Beware that the toilet wall is made of glass with a translucent centre, it is slightly see through but there was a curtain on one side to cover but the side with the door doesn’t have anything to cover. Stayed at level 3, there was window in the room but no view of the outside as there were pillars right outside of it. There’s a bar just beside the hotel that opens till late, and a family mart opposite the hotel. The street that hotel is located has multiple other hotels and inn, with some cafe and shops along the road. The street can be quite quiet late at night. Hotel is around 30 minutes walk to Xihu (beware of a number of underground walkways along the walk there), just 5 minutes to HeFangJie. Nearest metro station is DingAn Road, Exit D has escalator if you have heavy luggage.

5/5 for this hotel that I’ve stayed for 2 nights. Huge shout out to the front desks who had been helping me getting bus tickets and MEI TUAN food delivery as I don’t have a local phone number. Location is great just 5 mins to the metro station, and just in front of NAN SONG street.Highly recommend to anyone planning to go hangzhou!

Very good location which is close to tourist attractions and easy for self hire car to pick-up. Comfortable bed and helpful staff as well!

Simply decorated room and amenities but absolutely perfect cleanliness. The location is the best: right on the pedestrian area of historical Hangzhou. Recommended

It was happy stay in Haoyi Hotel. The room is spacious and clean. Convenient location to reach to most of attractions in Hangzhou, especially it is just a walking distance to Qinghefang with lots of restaurants and coffee shops surrounding. There is a beer pub just next door with good beer and snack for a lazy night stop. The hotel manager is super kind and supportive. Despite of inconvenience in language, he helped us to buy tickets to see the most famous performance and recommended tasty restaurant that we can experience local cuisine at fair price. Definitely recommend this hotel to friends and come back in my next trip to Hangzhou
