The room was very unclean. The bathroom worst of all. I canceled my second day booking cause I couldn’t sleep there one more night.

The hotel room was really nice. Complete with a table and chairs near the window, refrigerator, huge TV, and speakers throughout. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast wasn’t too bad. It is a little further from the old part of town.

The hallways smelled like smoke. It took the front desk over 30 mins to check us in. The breakfast was bare minimum and cold. This is an okay hotel if you are just waiting on the next train but this is not somewhere I would stay for a vacation.

房間乾淨整潔，出行也非常方便，離地鐵口很近。而且可以免費停車。早餐也很豐富。原本打算住一天再換地方的。結果一連住了三天，我和朋友們都很滿意。已給其他出行者推薦此酒店，希望酒店能夠一如既往的保持，我還會入住的哦。

帶孩子來玩再次選擇了這家店 房間很乾凈 衞生間也很乾凈 雖然比之前來的時候貴了一些 但是可以接受 早餐一如既往的滿足 服務一如既往的熱情！真的是旅行最佳之選，下次有機會來杭州，還是會過來住的😊

一個衹比刮鬍刀大寫的吹風機，入住原本就較晚，洗個頭發幾乎要吹半小時才會幹，我也是吹到懷疑人生，然而房間一牆之隔便是酒店的布草房，一大早對講機的聲音，開關門的聲音，託小車車的聲音，簡直堪比就在我身邊吵鬧，一次非常不愉快的的入住
