The service is very nice, people are nice and friendly, it is very close to the train stations and tjere are markets around which is very convient. The room is cozy and warm,and clean.

ホテルの目の前に駅があり、展示会や中央駅へのアクセスしやすさが非常に良かったです。フロントの対応も非常に親切でした。部屋は広く清潔でした。

Stayed here for one night for a flying visit to Hannover. The room was very comfortable with a nice modern ensuite and good air conditioning. Nice and clean in the room and the public spaces that we saw (we didn't use the restaurant so cannot comment on that).
The location was very convenient with a U-bahn stop right outside the hotel that got us into the city centre in about 10 or 15 minutes.
Very smooth checking in and checking out with friendly, helpful staff.
I would definitely return and wouod recommend this as a good place to visit Hannover from.

We received outstanding customer service, particularly from the manager who was working double shifts. He began the days with breakfast service and was still there when we returned late in the evening. All smiles - and a fantastic attitude.

Friendly staff as always. For us perfect as close to our meetings during the day. However never get the internet working in this Hotel though. No matter 5 G is also available.

Very nice 4 Stars Hotel, had been providing fresh fruits within breakfast once and yogurt everyday, can keep working on it. Other hotels would also provide free bottle water, soda water, apple juices etc. During last day at breakfast the salmon was out and never got refilled, hope it'll be fixed in the future. Overall experience is very good.

Moved here from another 4 stars hotel, this hotel comes with fashion design, free in house capsule coffee machine, dining tools, microwave, nice view, in room tablet for services, better bikes for rent, breakfast comes with pancakes...etc. But as other review had mentioned since it's close to street and railroad station it can be more noisy, darker in the room, lack of power suckers, gym is closed, breakfast has less selections, mini bar isn't on the house...etc. But they both come with 5 stars services, to be honest I like this hotel better than the other one due to pancakes in breakfast, nicer view, and better bikes.
