The location was great. Near to everything. The Ms.Rose Harry and Mr.Tom receptionist was very kind and helpful.

Check in was easy, and the staff was friendly. The airport shuttle to the hotel was 316000 VND and they even helped me get a car to another hotel near the airport for 300000 VND, which was cheaper than Grab. The location in the Old Quarter is super awesome. The Cathedral is only two blocks away and there are many restaurants, street food vendors, spas, pharmacies, and souvenir shops within a 5 minute walking radius.

飯店位老城區挺方便服務普通，就說了我們有買klook行程，但一直想推銷行程，夜間值班服務人員總是很不耐煩的樣子，一樓的房間，廁所都會有廚房備膳的味道，整體來說不是很滿意。

I recently stayed at the Splendid Hotel in Hanoi and had a very good experience. The hotel itself is comfortable, with spacious rooms. The staff deserve special mention for their incredible attentiveness and always being ready to assist with a smile. Their exceptional service truly stood out. Mr. Dong, Ms. Rose, and Mr. Brian has been very helpful by supporting me with the tour arrangements! The location of the hotel is perfect, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. In overall, I recommend the Splendid Hotel if you're staying in Hanoi!

really good and nice service staff. Ms Rose, Mr Dong, and Mr Harry at the front desk are very responsive and they will always do their best to assist you. They are very helpful and will always greet us with a smile whenever we come back. overall a good experience

We had a very nice stay in splendid star grand Hotel. Rooms were clean and tidy.The staffs are very nice and accomodating. Ms. Rose and Mr. Dong has been very helpful. The breakfast buffet also has heaps of variety of food. Definitely one of the best hotels in hanoi
