Peridot Gallery Classic Hotel

It was our first trip to Vietnam and we were glad that we chose Peridot Gallery Hotel for our stay in Hanoi. It was strategically located at the Old Quarter and there were many interesting little shops, cafes, and eateries around. Everything was reachable by foot. We were super impressed with its service , all the staffs were happy to help and would do their best to accommodate our needs! When we had to walk over to their sister hotel for our SPA appointment they even allocated a staff to walk us there ! Breakfast was of the best quality ! We also took time to enjoy the rooftop bar at night ! All in all we were really satisfied with our stay and would not hesitate to recommend to others !

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. The rooms were very clean, quiet and comfortable, the beds were soft and luxurious. The hotel services, breakfast, pool, lounge, were exceptional, and we felt genuinely cared for from the first minute by the incredible staff, Fabio and his team. He also helped us organise a trip to Ha Long Bay which was great and at a good price. Thank you everyone at Peridot!

I came across this nice hotel through ******* website. It was really nice experience, the location was excellent and major attractions were a walking distance. It is situated in the old quarter of Hanoi where all interesting things are nearby. The hotel was very clean and tidy and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful specially Fabio who gave us valuable advice about where to go and what to do. I highly recommend this hotel and it's great value for money.

Great stay, great location, lovely staff…Luck at the desk in particular was great. Loved the checkin process, a cold towel on a hot sultry day was the perfect welcome along with a nice cold drink. Highly recommend when looking to stay in the Old Quarter.

Absolutely brilliant hotel! The central location in Hanoi Old Quarter, the interior (wow!) the supercomfy beds (best sleep I had in Vietnam) , the rooftop bar, the breakfast, everything was fantastic. But mostM of all, special shout out to the staff....what a team! Great service from start to finish from everyone! 100% would stay again and recommend! 10/10

Staff is very polite, breakfast is good! Overall satisfied with our stay! Some of the other rooms occupied by our other family members were very small and dark! Breakfast area gets very crowded and needs some more staff! Hotel has a beautiful and extra big hot tub.

After an overnight train journey we arrived at the hotel feeling a little jaded but as soon as we walked through the door into that beautiful foyer we were greeted with such a warm welcome our mood immediatley improved. Check in was dealt with swiftly by the charming Aubrey and we were then offered a couple of rooms to choose from. Aubrey enquired if we would like her to give us a walking tour the following day and I'm so glad we did as it really helped us make sense of the geography of the old quarter and in fact was a highlight of our time in Hanoi. It was lovely to spend time with a local and learn about local customs and culture - she was just lovely. We opted for a room at the front of the hotel with a a small balcony. The room was on the small size but immaculate and very well maintained. The bed was like sleeping on clouds. We really enjoyed the buffet breakfast with an amazing selection of freshly prepared top quality items to choose from. I didn't make a note of the two ladies who served at breakfast but they could not have been more helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel was perfect for my wife and I slap bang in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. After breakfast we would nip over the road to Wheel coffee adventures for the best coffee in Hanoi. This is an excellent hotel and every member of staff we had the pleasure to interact with was a credit to the hotel (especially Aubrey). My wife and I would love to visit Hanoi again and when we do I will most definitely be staying at the Peridot Classic.
