Executive and Deluxe rooms are in different towers. Executives are newer, fresher and have better kitchen layout if you plan to cook. We took deluxe one bedroom but paid more and upgraded to executive. There are 2 supermarkets in the building with local and international produce which is a huge plus. Washing machine has dryer. The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast is pretty decent. Good night view from the rooftop in newer building. Very accommodating and polite staff members, all of them.
Disadvantages:
1. No basic cooking necessities like salt and pepper, oil, no mixing bowls, no dishwashing liquid and sponge (and no dishwasher as well), you have to buy it which is not convenient when you stay just for a couple nights. The bowl I asked for that was brought from the restaurant for me was dirty, I washed it with sponge and liquid that bought myself.
2. There was Nespresso coffee machine, but no capsules at all (there was a place for a set of 3 but they covered it with instant coffee) - had to buy them in the shop downstairs.
3. Deluxe one bedroom that we initially booked was listed as “River view”, but you don’t get the view since the windows are small, and you can see only nearby building, city and a piece of water somewhere far - that’s false advertisement. Paying extra 1.000.000 vnd for the room upgrade in another building on the 3rd floor with no view as well was not very nice, but better than staying in the older building for 2 nights.
