Harbin Volga Manor Baihua Island Resort Hotel

My visit to Harbin Volga Manor was a mix of highs and lows. The architecture is beautiful and unique. So, it really does feel like stepping into a Russian fairytale. There are some lovely photo spots, and the atmosphere is peaceful, especially when covered in snow. However, some parts of the park and facilities felt a bit worn and could use better maintenance. The food options were limited and staff communication in English was quite limited, which made things a bit challenging at times. We had to rely a lot on Google translate. Most of the rides we don’t know how to book too due to this reason as well.

Must visit place when you go to Harbin.. I really love the vibe here.. When we arrived classical Russian music was playing immediately put us to a serene mood. Comfortable room stay here. We booked 2 rooms 5 people. Breakfast & foods also delicious here. You can watch Russian show on the theather for RMB80 for around 45 minutes.

Although it is a little out of the way from Harbin, it is well worth the detour as the activities on the lake are cheaper and less crowded than on the Songhua River. The staff was lovely and provided pick up and drop off within the park and to our DiDi pick up point.

Location : The hotel is located inside the volga manor, they have shuttle car from hotel to entrance. Very convinient. Hotel & room : Big, spacious room, warm and clean. Amenities was quite complete, beautifully decorated especially in winter. Its a hotel you could dream of in the winter season. Its magical and magnificent ! The scenery inside volga manor is impeccable ! The room is spacious, clean and warm. Breakfast : They serve various of breakfast, eastern and western, and quite delicious too. Service : Excellent service, if they can speak english, it will even better. Overall : I would like to visit here again sometimes in the winter. Very recommended ! Decor a bit “old fashioned”, but room is spacious, not bad breakfast, great location in the Volga Manor, great view from the window in the morning. A newly opened bar is just in the house next to the hotel, so don’t worry abt what to do for the long night in window

We have enough rest by spending the night in the hotel.. the kids enjoy Volga Manor ice slides, tubing and other entertainment. At night can walk around near hotel. They don’t provide halal option but kind enough to give us white rice.. thank you for your service!
