Travelodge Harlow

Good hotel, good location 😃

Wir waren für zwei Tage in dem Hotel, die Betten waren sehr bequem und man konnte gut schlafen, aber das Bad war leider nicht sauber und ich würde in dem Hotel nicht länger als zwei Nächte bleiben. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, die Lage war ganz okay

Maximum 1 star hotel ! Reception very rude and arrogant! Not clean ! Not shampoos and clean towels ! Smelly ! Receptionist told me this is not 5 start hotel stop complaint about dirty towels 😂😂😂😂

Unfortunately, Harlow does get bad press on occasion, which is unfair. It benefits from being close to London without London prices. This hotel is next to the main line station, which takes you directly into the city, so it is very convenient. Staff are amazingly friendly, especially the main person Shelly, who is always happy to help her guests. Would be happy to stay again.

Truthfully, I can honestly admit I normally cannot be bothered to write a review, but I must say that I really appreciate the helpfulness of staff and the kindness shown in this hotel. I averagely stay away with work 3-4 days a week (something I struggle with) being in a hotel half the week over a span of 10 years has been difficult, however we do what we must to survive. The staff are extremely friendly, each day I was told good morning and consistently asked if there was anything they could help with or anything I needed, shelly for example was always engaging me in conversation and had an answer for everything that I could ask for, I believe to date I've recently hit the 300 mark, meaning I have stayed in 300 separate Travelodge hotels, (quite an achievement if you ask me) this was by far my best experience, i have stayed for 6 days now, each day extending my booking and before I could even ask to have my room allocated in reception, I went down and it was already done for me, thank you guys for making my stay better than most. For someone that is going through a difficult time at the moment, your staffs kindness has honestly set me on a good path to go to work each day. Thanks to all and I appreciate the warm welcomes and conversations each day.

Very, well sited near railway station, Toby carvery, and wonderful park. Very friendly and welcoming, clean and peaceful. Free parking.

Placed in an accessible room, not needed. Two single beds pushed together, one was higher than the other. Horrible sheets and rubbish mattress. Bathroom deteriorated, brown stains on bath. Curtains broken, unable to fully shut. Dirty carpets

The staff are very professional and helpful. Shelly in particular. Shelly welcomes us with a big beautiful smile that brightens up our day and nothing is too much trouble. We always look forward to staying at the Harlow Travelodge. It's convenient as the town centre is only a ten minute drive away.

Not a very gd evening bed was to small singles mattress base put together as a double bed kept falling in the middle off them both falling through.them hitting the floor.hardly no.sleep at all not gd x
