I loved the CP the beds where comfy and room service was great.

The hotel was full and staff was definitely not prepared to receive that amount of people. Would try to not come back.

The room is clean, the bed is comfy, the staff is kind and helpful, but it doesn’t feel like a Crowne Plaza.

Went to have dinner by myself in the bar area. Sat for about 30 minutes without any service. Ended up back in my room with room service. Bartender attended on everyone but myself.

Three blocks from Harrisburg AmTrak Station. Downtown location. Dining in walking distance. Fine dining to a great deli.

Booked here because weather was to be bad and they have a pool which was very nice and it had places to eat at the restaurant only to find out they closed the restaurant down early and had no food.
But the room was nice.

Not enough towels in the bath room. Water takes too long to warm up. Room temperature was difficult to manage. No folding table available to prop the suitcase.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, lobby restroom had no soap, and several sanitizer dispensers were empty. I did not see any recycling.

They gave us a handicap accessible bathroom that flooded every time we showered. The curtain wasn’t long enough and the edge did not hold the water in. And we called for an extra comforter and never got it.
