Had a conference in Hartford and stayed here. The room was fine; clean, climate controlled, but the staff really impressed me. I had to put together a document at the last minute, with no resources other than my laptop. I tried using the business center, but after the first 15 minutes, was unable to log back in. as it was 11:00 PM there were no Kinko's open in town, so two young ladies at the front desk, Reiny and Daneisha, took it upon themselves to help me organize and print out my materials. Over the course of the evening, they took my emails, printed off lots of pages and helped me put it all together. I couldn't have done it without them! Thanks ladies, you did great!

The hallways are disgusting, yellowed paint, the bathroom door had two punch holes in it, which the hotel thought the best solution was to stuff a towel in it. The smoke detector was removed. The three lamps in the room…. Only one had a lamp shade, there was what appears to be blood spray on the ceiling and in the bathroom. The air conditioning barely worked and and there was trash from the previous people. Luckily I had my own blanket and pillows cause I don’t trust that the bedding has been washed. The place should be condemned. Complete filth. I understand there are low cost hotels in the world but this one really took the cake. Damn… management nor owners clearly give a crap. Wish I had some pictures to share.

Scum on the shower walls, hair on top of the tub, stains on the carpet... Would be forgivable if this was a $99 a night 2 star but at over $300, we expected a much higher level of cleanliness. Front desk check in was frustrating and time consuming as well. My artist name didn't match the official state license ID. Yes my error, but could have been handled with more support than ”unable to check you in” and not even an apology for inconvenience... We won't be using this branch of Hilton anytime soon....

Some pros and cons Spacious Room (stayed in a double queen suite with pull out couch). Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Overall, facility and room was very clean. Good value for the cost. The facility felt safe. Security went through the parking lot slowly down each row at night (twice that I saw.) However, the pool was disgusting. The water was foggy to the point you couldn't see the bottom step. There were several chunks of hair floating in the pool and a straw. (Big bummer since we traveled with kids to a place specifically with a pool.) The room itself was big but had a stuffy, mildew smell. Since none of the windows open there was no way to air it out. The odor was strong enough to wake me up a few times in the middle of the night. The view of the parking lot and dumpster leave something to be desired but it your just looking for a place to rest, no biggie. The rooms with odd numbers have a view of a pretty building.

Some pros and cons Spacious Room (stayed in a double queen suite with pull out couch). Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Overall, facility and room was very clean. Good value for the cost. The facility felt safe. Security went through the parking lot slowly down each row at night (twice that I saw.) However, the pool was disgusting. The water was foggy to the point you couldn't see the bottom step. There were several chunks of hair floating in the pool and a straw. (Big bummer since we traveled with kids to a place specifically with a pool.) The room itself was big but had a stuffy, mildew smell. Since none of the windows open there was no way to air it out. The odor was strong enough to wake me up a few times in the middle of the night. The view of the parking lot and dumpster leave something to be desired but it your just looking for a place to rest, no biggie. The rooms with odd numbers have a view of a pretty building.

The noise of the window air conditioner is a bit big, the other is good, the service is not bad, because we did not have a fixed double bed when ordering (only the standard room may be double bed may be a big bed room, the hotel twin room has no more ), Ctrip immediately coordinated without success, but the service desk knew that we lived so awkwardly, and gave us a bed for free! Trash everywhere out in the parking lot which included used needles. The hallways are disgusting, yellowed paint, the bathroom door had two punch holes in it, which the hotel thought the best solution was to stuff a towel in it. The smoke detector was removed. The three lamps in the room…. Only one had a lamp shade, there was what appears to be blood spray on the ceiling and in the bathroom. The air conditioning barely worked and and there was trash from the previous people. Luckily I had my own blanket and pillows cause I don’t trust that the bedding has been washed. The place should be condemned. Complete filth. I understand there are low cost hotels in the world but this one really took the cake. Damn… management nor owners clearly give a crap. Wish I had some pictures to share.

So marketing pictures when booking through apps like hotels or Expedia are beautiful but reality is, we did not find the value expected at this Hilton location. Scum on the shower walls, hair on top of the tub, stains on the carpet... Would be forgivable if this was a $99 a night 2 star but at over $300, we expected a much higher level of cleanliness. Front desk check in was frustrating and time consuming as well. My artist name didn't match the official state license ID. Yes my error, but could have been handled with more support than ”unable to check you in” and not even an apology for inconvenience... We won't be using this branch of Hilton anytime soon....

Had a conference in Hartford and stayed here. The room was fine; clean, climate controlled, but the staff really impressed me. I had to put together a document at the last minute, with no resources other than my laptop. I tried using the business center, but after the first 15 minutes, was unable to log back in. as it was 11:00 PM there were no Kinko's open in town, so two young ladies at the front desk, Reiny and Daneisha, took it upon themselves to help me organize and print out my materials. Over the course of the evening, they took my emails, printed off lots of pages and helped me put it all together. I couldn't have done it without them! Thanks ladies, you did great!
