酒店服務人員態度很友好，效率也非常高。我們定的家庭套房，裏面設施齊全，有洗衣機。有做飯的設備，甚至連打碎機都有。就是床上在入住時發現有一些細沙粒。可能是沙漠邊兒上。很難保證把沙子清理的很乾凈。酒店的早餐非常理想，是我們在摩洛哥以來吃到的最好的一次早餐。我們的行李也是有酒店拿進拿出服務非常讓人滿意。老闆幾次來問詢，是不是所有的體驗都滿意。

Hassan and Ismail were amazing hosts. We had such a good time staying at this property we extended one night. The apartment rooms were large, spacious, comfortable and very clean. Hassan helped us plan out activities and gave us advice on things to do. Ismail served us delicious dinners, made fresh and also we had fun making conversation with him. They were both so friendly and had great humor. Our stay here was the highlight of our 2 week Morocco trip. If ever I find myself in Merzouga again, this is where I will stay!

We have been on a road trip from Marrakech to see the dunes. This has been the best hotel we stayed in on our roadtrip. The staff are so genuinely pleasant, friendly and accommodating. I am a vegan with additional diet restrictions due to my health, and I was catered for with freshly cooked healthy meals. A huge shout out to Moha, the chef, who prepared our meals fresh. His passion comes out in the food. He is such a pleasant fun guy. I recommend giving your order in good time as everything is prepared fresh. The receptionist, Hassan, really made us feel right at home. I spent a night at a tented camp (15min drive only), and unfortunately, had a rough night. The next day, I was slightly unwell, and I returned back to the hotel, because I knew I will be comfortable. Hassan was most kind in arranging a room, so welcoming and accommodating to the fact that I was not well. Just what one needs when you are unwell and on holiday. The location of this hotel allows you to arrange a trip into the dunes (15min drive), the hotel will also help arrange camel rides etc...you can also visit the Gnaoua (traditional music) and nomad families all about 10min by car (4x4 car is needed) Speak to Hassan or any staff, and they can help with this. You can go to the dunes and experience sunset / sunrise and come back to this wonderfully comfortable hotel for breakfast or dinner. Whilst the rooms have all the modern necessities, such as perfect working AC, comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms / nice shower, the rooms and hotel have a brilliant feel of the culture. It's a new hotel who are doing everything right. I cannot recommend this place any higher.

There are no words to describe the kindness of everyone who works here. I don't typically write reviews, but this place is not only a fantastic hotel (built only 2 years ago), but the friendliest place in all of Morocco. 1) on our way to the hotel they gave us great directions and advice on the route, police stops, and other. 2) they ran the ac in our room before we arrived. You laugh, but out of the 8 places we stayed in Morocco this is one of two that did this for us. 3) on our way to the hotel my partner got food poisoning. The way the staff helped us with this issue was beyond hospitality and bordered on family. The manager went home to find a thermometer for us to use. They let us check out 5 hours late (!!!) as she was still feeling sick. In the morning. 4) despite kitchen not being open yet, they got people to come early and make food for me outside of their regular hours and it was great. 5) they offered to drive us to pharmacy or hospital any time during the night in case she got worse 6) the rooms are very spacious and comfortable, with a mini fridge and great shower 7) there is a high quality laundry machine that's free to use. Even the detergent is provided. 8) views from the roof are awesome 9) the prices for drinks and coffee are amazing. 10) the breakfast was the best in all of Moroccan hotels we had during our 2 week trip 11) the location is pretty awesome. You can see the dunes from the rooftops and there's a few shops within walking distance Honestly, I can probably keep going, but you get the point. I don't know if there is anything that could've made our stay better.

We went to the restaurant here on our way back from a day in the desert near Merzouga on December 29th 2023. The food was delicious and we were given complimentary mint tea and dessert. The staff were very attentive and friendly. We were shown round some of the apartment rooms and they looked lovely. I would recommend highly.

We randomly found this place and it blew our mind. It is so beautifully designed, so well appointed and above all clean. It is a new property and they have done a spectacular job on every level. The finish work and detail is incredible and the cleanest kitchen ever turning out delicious homemade food. I even got a tangine cooking lesson. The location is superb and they can arrange all activities in the dunes easily. Hmed and his team were so hospitable, we felt like family from the moment we walked in the door. This is the real Morroco! Would go back in heartbeat!

It is very nice hotel, very comfortable. Staff is amazing, you can feel like at home. Its position is very convenient for the desert trips. Perfect stay!

This hotel gives you everything you need in the desert. Very spacious room with the option to cook yourself. Very neat. The cuisine is delicious and everyone is super friendly and at your service. We enjoyed it.

This is a great choice to stay to visit the desert if you don’t want to camp in the desert or for a place to stay before or after a desert tour. We stayed a night after our desert tour and it was perfect. The best beds for a Westerner that I had on my trip and pillows in three different firmnesses. English was spoken by staff. The rooms were spacious with a refrigerator. The AC worked well and shower was hot with great pressure. The wifi worked perfectly and dinner was the best we’ve had on our trip. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
