The place is just amazing, great breakfast with a great view, many great details!! Malcom is a wonderful person, we will come back for sure.

Amazing all aspects. Best hotel we have stayed in. Super friendly and helpful. Amazingly organised. Great location and easy parking.

Very pleasant stay...
Parking ... to avoid much angst....put in Bourne Carpark hastings to GPS, walk thru alley, 1 minute, Karen will give you a "stay free"

Absolutely wonderful stay with a warm and friendly host and hostess. Wonderful consideration given to the details and amenities. Great choices for breakfast. I have already recommended to friends and family. Beautifully rounded off by it being a wonderful building. Five star service and amentities.

This is the best B&B we have stayed in , in the UK .
Karen was absolutely amazing in every way, a perfect host.
The breakfast was delicious, you can’t fault the stay at all!
We absolutely loved the toiletries. The bed was better than our own .
We will never forget the stay and if we ever go to Hastings we will definitely return to the Laindons ❤️
I have recommended this place to all of my family & friends.

There aren't enough words to describe how absolutely outstanding this little gem is. The attention to detail is out of this world. The area, building, room, food, drinks, views, comfort, extra comforts, welcome & friendliness from the lovely entertaining hosts are totally fantastic. Do not visit Hastings without treating yourself to the luxury of a stay at this beautiful retreat. You will be in for an absolute treat!

Fantastic property, beautifully decorated right in the heart of the old town. Great freshly cooked breakfast, with a range of options. This place is faultless.

Absolutely amazing.....the best place we have ever stayed at. The property was beautiful as was our room (yellow room). The view from our room was lovely, overlooking the old town, as was the breakfast room view. Breakfast was excellent with two courses! There was also an honesty bar if you got peckish or fancied a drink. Finally....Karen was a lovely person and nothing was any trouble.
