Town House Rooms

This was our first stay here check in was quick the young fella went through everything we needed to know the room was lovely and big there tea and coffee nice big fridge the bed was nice and comfy the bathroom was a great size so impressed we booked our next trip even before we left would definitely recommend it here

Arrived at this place pleasant young man welcomed us told us everything we need to know then showed us to the door we needed to get in with a code we where room number two what a lovely big room we had was very pleasantly surprised very clean couldn’t have been any better, yes it’s not double glazed so you we hear a little noise but to be honest it was absolutely fine and yes you are above a pub but they don’t go on all night so was no problem for us at all thank you for a lovely stay we are booked to come back July

Very spacious, clean room. 15 mins walk from the old town where there are lots of places to eat and drink. Bar next door with restaurant if you're feeling lazy! Would book here again if in Hastings.

The bed was huge and comfortable and layout of the room was interesting. It was a bit noisy for me being over the bar, restaurant, but it was a Saturday night and if that is your thing, its all part of the fun. The staff really tried to accommodate our dietary needs.

Pros Good Location Rooms are very clean Friendly staff Small but functioning bathroom Very good value Car Park is directly opposite Cons Bed needed replacing Plugs by the bed ddidn't ork, which meant I thought my phone was charging overnight, but it wasn't Fan sparked when we switched it off so possible health and safety issue A little noisy, but what do you expect from a central location For what we paid it was very good value.

We were very tired and happy to find our room. The staff was very friendly and we had a very fine meal. That night there was live-music, which was very pleasant and it even stopped at a for us pleasant time. ;-) The room was ok and clean. The stairs were very narrow, but obviously that cannot be changed easyly.....

I booked here because I wanted to be near the shops. It's next to the shopping arcade--couple of minutes walk and you're in M&S, Boots, WH Smith, etc. I didn't know how to assess this place in advance, so I chose what sounded like the best room, the penthouse. Well, it turned out to be terrific. Decor was a bit old fashioned, but this room was ideal for me. It was big, with a hall; a hall wardrobe; 4 windows (make the room light but views are of a dull street and a disused car park); a bath/shower which ran hot and true; big TV; two comfy armchairs; coffee table; foot pouffe; fan; big wooden desk; big mirrors; mugs and big glasses; wooden headboard; big bedside shelves;4 pillows. All spotlessly clean. In fact, I met the rooms caretaker when she was preparing another room, and I could see she was dedicated. Checkout is at 10 so she has time to clean, sanitise, and prepare each room properly.

Beautifully traditional and interesting little hotel. Our room (number 2, definitely the best!) was really wonderful and spacious, with huge corner surround windows and beautiful furnishings. Lovely selection of tea and coffee, and even a fridge. Very comfy bed, spotless shiny bathroom, helpful friendly staff... everything about our stay was perfect. And the location was great, very close to the beach and the old town. Didn't have time to sample Pissarro's so we will definitely be back

A delightful room (Room 2) tastefully furnished, large and with a good shower in the ensuite. Much thought has gone into the curtains and wardrobes, position of lights and light switches. An excellent place to stay and explore Hastings and St Leonards. Had a great meal in the restaurant downstiars. You do have to find your own breakfast but there are plenty of places within 400 metres.
