Chapi Dreamy Home

Really nice setting high up in the hills. We stayed in the separate apartment which has a living area and bedroom. There are 2 beds in theory but one of them is in the roof space above the other bed and is accessed by a ladder. There was also a little kitchenette but not really set up for anything other than making a cuppa or heating something up on the camping stove. The outside area is lovely with a small verandah area with great views over the surrounding hills and valley. The couple who live here with their 2 children were very friendly and you could eat with them in the main house or have dinner brought up to you. Stayed for 2 nights and had different local dishes each night. Breakfast is included each morning, the dinners are extra but good value. They can also recommend some easy walking trails in the area which enables you to walk through some local villages and see the rice terraces and grazing buffaloes. The only slight issue was that they are building another house next to the main one and so there was unfortunately a lot of building noise while we were there which did shatter the tranquil atmosphere for parts of the day. Overall a lovely homestay not too far from Sapa but far enough away to feel like you in a different world!

Its higher up in the hills, its far enough from the busy areas so its peacefull, all you hear is the chickens. Mountains look foggy and mysterious. Its a good location to go in walks from, I saw lots of the famous terraced fields. Room was clean and nice, good service and communication from the hosts. 250k VND to go to Sapa town, but the countryside is better than the town

Mai's place is absolutely stunning and PERFECT, and unique - it's really unlike anything else in the whole Sapa and surroundings. Very tastefully and uniquely furnished, for us it felt like from the time we stepped in. Mai is adorable through and through and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had all we needed (from fast internet connection to trekking and transportation recs, to a wonderful lunch. She is an amazing cook, on top of everything else!). We fell in love with her adorable and super smart kids too, we would have stayed at the homestay only to play with them :) Mai, thanks for everything, we will never forget and we hope we will come back very soon. We have only one regret: we didn't stay long enough! next time we will stay much longer!

It was one of the best experience that I had in my life. The place is highly recommended. truly you can feel sapa atmosphere and clear air.the host there are considered my family now they are welcoming , helpful and very kind . i definitely recommend this place for everyone ☺️..
